This is my second overnight stay at the Holiday Inn Express. When I arrived I wAs given a key for a room on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff had not serviced the room with the bed unmade, etc. I was told to come downstairs to the lobby for another key which meant I had to wheel all my luggage onto the elevator and being a senior I was tired from traveling. I also do not agree with your policy of charging fifteen pounds on my credit card to make one local call. I realize the balance is credited back - but what a hassle. - you should review your policy. The heating system vent on the wall was blowing bits of dirt on to the bed. I did not want to sleep with bits of dirt flying around me so one of your staff provided me with a portable heater to warm up the room in case I was cold.

We were staying at this hotel as our friends were arriving in Glasgow early in the morning. Due to circumstances our friends arrived two days later than expected. The staff were wonderful to us each time we had to extend our stay. Very helpful, accommodating, and cheerful.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone

A short walk out of the airport, under cover, gets you to the Glasgow Holiday inn Express. A friendly reception team sorted out our rooms, even though we were earlier than expected.
A modern décor hotel with comfortable large double beds greeted us.
Breakfast was more generous than we had expected with hot items on display. The staff were always helpful when advice was sought.
We took advantage of an early booking rate and found the whole stay enjoyable and good value.
We also took advantage of the evening restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meal served.
We felt the drinks were a little overpriced and the lack of FREE in room wifi was disappointing in this modern era of communication.
This needs correcting to give the hotel an extra edge and allow people the benefit of making in room airport travel arrangements.
A printer could be provided to allow people to print boarding cards etc as the option they offer of emailing the flight details for the office staff to print is not always suitable to all airlines systems.
A small fee could be charged for this service to cover the cost of consumables.
If your stay is for a few days, take advantage of a 3 day bus pass on the airport super shuttle which allows direct unlimited use in and out of the city centre...it's better value than single fares.
So, all in all, a hotel we would be happy to stay at again, but please improve the wifi system that is in place.

Stayed here overnight before catching an early morning flight and took advantage of their park and stay. Location is ideal. Our check -in was at 4am so breakfast wasn't an option

We use this hotel every time we go on holiday and wouldn't consider anywhere else. it is a perfect location for the airport. My only criticism is the breakfast times. We need to check in at 6am which is when the breakfast starts so we miss out. I know we can get cereal and yoghurt but not quite the same as the hot breakfast we could be getting! When we return to get our car it always looks so good!

Always enjoy staying here the night before an early departure.Being so near to the terminal I pop over and check-in and then return to the hotel for the free continental breakfast,which is always perfectly adequate.The rooms and bathrooms are always immaculate which is all I ask for a one night stay.

Check-in impersonal and had to wait several minutes at the bar to be served.
Room clean and well presented car waiting on return.
