Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another great Stay Express has to be the best place to stay hands down. I put in over 200 days a year in hotels, and this one is the only one where u can foreget that you are in an oil town. All the other hotel chains that operate in GP, Hinton, FSJ, DC, all seem to have a sense that the quality can drop because they are only serving "oilfield personell", however if you go to those same chains in the okanagan, or other tourist destinations, you find you get 10x the service for half the cost. Holiday Inn Express is the only hotel I now stay at, where I know that I will get the same quality service and treatment, no matter what my location might be. PS, the pancake machines are amazing people. December 26, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I had the best sleep... the pillows were awesome!!! And the staff was great. I booked the hotel room online. When we arrived they were fast at getting us checked in. We got to our room and everything was clean and looked great. The TV ended up not working and we called the front desk and in 10 minutes we had the problem fixed. The staff were friendly and helped us when we needed it. I had the best sleep!! The pillows were amazing. I would say over all this was a great hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. Next time I am totally getting the Jacuzzi room!!! December 11, 2013

We called the front desk when we arrived at 5:30ish and then again at 8ish and was told someone would be right up both times but no one ever came. Second issue we did not receive a wi-fi password. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Breakfast, especially the coffee! The lady who runs the breakfast service is one of the nicest people you would ever meet. The coffee she serves is very, very good. Sadly, many hotels save money by serving weak coffee. Not this HIE! I also spoke to the house keeping lady and she was also extremely nice and helpful. My hat is off to management as good, friendly service is not an accident. Hire the attitude! Thank You!! November 9, 2013
