Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by missing points every time I stay at this location, I don't get my welcome 500 bonus points when they ask me for the bottle of water or points I pick points, but every time they don't show up. also when I asked about our corpaorate discount the girl at the front desk took all of 20 seconds and said nope we cant see you, and im pretty sure if uyou look up fiatspa, you will find it.. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Stay Don't take any team to this hotel! 1 hour into our stay we were warned for noise three times for the same issue which was fixed immediately however the staff said anymore complaints during our stay and we would be kicked out and charged for our rooms...they also threatened us that they have night workers who are sleeping during the day and if we wake any of them up they would charge our credit cards for their rooms! The front desk staff and Manager were rude and no one let us know anything about this when we checked in or before. one front desk staff was nice and did say the others were not kidding as their manager had kicked out other teams before and had no problem doing it again. we even kept our team away from the hotel between games one day due to this. I/we will never stay at this hotel again and other teams should know not to as well. We were a team of 15 11-12 year olds with parents and yet they scattered us all over 3 floors of the hotel instead of together as a team on one floor so kids of course will be going back and forth to rooms. Very Poor management at this hotel December 11, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No Heat Hi everyone, I stay in Grande Prairie frequently either here or the Pomroy. Do not gamble... stay at the Pomroy. I checked in at 4pm, unpacked and set my thermostat for 23C then left work. I returned at midnight.. temperature 16C. I called the front Desk.. tried everything they suggested including unplugging the heater to reset the system. Nothing. The front desk lady brought me a little portable heater and said "sorry no other rooms available and no serviceman available, normally we would send you to another hotel but it's pretty late". I said, "Sure I have camped out before toque and long underwear and the little heater will get me through, but I expect to be compensated." "You'll have to talk to the next shift", she replied. ????? Somehow it got soooo hot in the room I had to go and shut off the heater in the early AM (thermostat issues?) and at 7am was freezing again. Left to work at 8am, set the thermostat for 23C..returned at midnight... guess what? 16 degrees again!! Played around with the heater and got it working.. some time in early AM dying of heat and had to disconnect, woke up chilly. On check out asked the front desk what the compensation would be???????????? NOTHING "we gave you a heater" ?!?!?!?!?!?! WHAT!?!?!??!? Yes and we called you several times yesterday and left messages and you never got back to us.... Weird I have one of those cool things called an "Iphone" it showed ONE call from a number that did not provide caller ID and NO MESSAGES!!!! Why do people insist on using lies from ages ago when technology couldn't prove they WERE lying? So long story short.. if everything is fine it's great.... if there is a problem.... suck it up or leave. December 3, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hi Speed sit there and wait I had 3 issues with my last stay here. 1st off the thermostat did not control the room temp had to used the window heater and it would not shut down unless I turned it off. 2nd issue was the High speed internet is lousy and because of this I may stay at the other Holiday inn or the Pomeroy (as they have their own dedicated wireless router in each room). A lot of my work is internet based and the internet at this hotel is not able to keep up often causing emails to be cancelled and re downloaded. Very frustrating. 3rd my television's sound didn't work consistently and required both the receiver and tv to be unplugged to get sound back. December 1, 2014
