Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great staff as i was checking in and was asked if i wanted the bonus points or a snack i replied i had misssed dinner and was hungy so id take the snack and the front desk guy said they had costumer appreciated that evening and he would check to see if there was any pizza left...He brought back 3 slices of pizza on a plate ...i was very appreciative cuz it was late and i didnt want to stay up odering food...was excellant service January 25, 2015

The sub-par items were a lack of breakfast options, the slow internet speed, and certain mattresses. The king beds I found to be very good, however the rooms with the double queens were often sloped together. Maybe flipping them every now and then would alleviate this. December 15, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by missing points every time I stay at this location, I don't get my welcome 500 bonus points when they ask me for the bottle of water or points I pick points, but every time they don't show up. also when I asked about our corpaorate discount the girl at the front desk took all of 20 seconds and said nope we cant see you, and im pretty sure if uyou look up fiatspa, you will find it.. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Stay Don't take any team to this hotel! 1 hour into our stay we were warned for noise three times for the same issue which was fixed immediately however the staff said anymore complaints during our stay and we would be kicked out and charged for our rooms...they also threatened us that they have night workers who are sleeping during the day and if we wake any of them up they would charge our credit cards for their rooms! The front desk staff and Manager were rude and no one let us know anything about this when we checked in or before. one front desk staff was nice and did say the others were not kidding as their manager had kicked out other teams before and had no problem doing it again. we even kept our team away from the hotel between games one day due to this. I/we will never stay at this hotel again and other teams should know not to as well. We were a team of 15 11-12 year olds with parents and yet they scattered us all over 3 floors of the hotel instead of together as a team on one floor so kids of course will be going back and forth to rooms. Very Poor management at this hotel December 11, 2014
