We had a couple of issues first being that we could not access the movie channels as the remote was not compatible. We called the front desk when we arrived at 5:30ish and then again at 8ish and was told someone would be right up both times but no one ever came. Second issue we did not receive a wi-fi password.

Check your bill before you leave. They had a movie on my bill that I did not order. They ended up refunded me but I had to go back in the afternoon to get it fixed.

The lady who runs the breakfast service is one of the nicest people you would ever meet. The coffee she serves is very, very good. Sadly, many hotels save money by serving weak coffee. Not this HIE!
I also spoke to the house keeping lady and she was also extremely nice and helpful.
My hat is off to management as good, friendly service is not an accident. Hire the attitude!

Arrived Friday night October 18th around 10 pm. Drove 5 hours and was very tired. The girl on was very nice. She took a preauthorized debit off of my credit card to cover the room cost. On Sunday October 20th I had the daytime front desk clerk banging on the room door saying that we were not registered in the room and wanted to know who we were. I was not very happy about this because my husband was working the night shift and that woke him up. They could not find my preauthorized debit and the paper I signed was gone too. There needs to be better control on the rooms and the payments made. Now I have to watch my credit card bill to make sure that the $750.00 preauthorized debit on my credit card was reversed because the day shift girl on Sunday took another one. They did apologize for this but it still does not make me happy that I had to defend myself. I will not order a room with you online ever again and not sure if I will ever stay there again. It will take me a while to get over this.

I am pleased with the amenities and the staff. Breakfast was included and was better than most others places I've stayed. If anything, I would prefer a slightly larger television in the room but that's nit picking.
