This has to be the worst hotel bed that I have ever slept in. The mattress had a plastic cover over it and every time I moved I woke my wife up from the noise. She woke me up every time she moved too. The bed sagged in the middle and we kept falling into the middle of the bed and more than once hit our heads.
This experience will make me think twice before staying in a Holiday Inn Express again.

Very slow Internet connection
Cleaned room and left the toilet clogged
Even though I had told the front desk that the toilet was clogged before I left that morning
So when I got back that evening had to switch Room
In the new room the toilet wasn't bolted correctly to the floor
Told them I wouldn't stay there again and did not receive anything other than I'm sorry
I thought They would at least say sorry let me fix this for you and give me a better room but Nothing.

We were torn about this property since it was so far from our actual destination (25 miles away), but the deciding factor was the company website that showed nothing but glowing reviews. From a visual perspective, things look great here. Wrong! Basic things were missing from our room. Upon taking a closer look, things like the toilet not being mounted (that was a scare), the remote was missing, uneven floor tiles with sharp edges near the tub (ouch!), and the mattresses that remind me of the things that barely passed in basic training with a loud plastic-like liner that moans everytime one moves. We went to take our daughter for a walk around the hotel to get out that pre-bedtime energy to find a large foldout caution sign inside the elevator. Pair that with the unknown white ooze coming out from under the washing machine in the guest laundry room and its no wonder we are one of a handful of guests here. Needless to say, we cancelled the remaining days on our reservation.

Over all the stay was nice, but I do have an issue with charges. I rented two rooms using my priority club membership, which there was not to be any charges above my points. I had to contact the hotel and have them return the money they charged to the card. Also, when they charged the card, it caused an overdraft, which I think the hotel should reimburse us for. After all they were not supposed to charge the card unless something was taken from the room or broken by the quest.

I have to say this was one of the best Holiday Inns that I have stayed at.
Very nice TV, Great Water Pressure, comfortable bed and very frindly staff, Also the WiFi at this location is excelent.
The only problem I had with this stay was the breakfast, they were having problems with the pancake maker so I was unable to eat my favourite breakfast item. However the other breakfast items were all very good.
The pool was nice but I would have liked it better if they had a hot tub.
I will make this a regular destination when I am in Louisville for work in the future.

My stay here was after a VERY long day of driving, and one reason I like Holiday Inns in general is the recognition of Priority Club members. The welcome was genuine, and the stay was perfect.

We just needed a convient location to relax and rest while attending to business in Louisville. The accomodations were great and the staff most helpful. I would recomment this hotel to any of my friends and family.

we arrived after a 12 hour drive, tired and ready to relax. It took 3 attempts to finally get our keys to work. we realized we were not in an accessible room but thought we had forgotten to reserve one, and too tired to "jump through any hoops" to be moved.
when we went down stairs the next morning, we were greeted, as always by Lisa, and told if we needed anything to let her know. she also told us that the elevator would be unavailable during the day, remembering I had difficulty with stairs.
while back in our room Lisa called and said we had requested an accessible room and one would be available 2 doors away; she would have it cleaned ASAP. She came upstairs to show me the room to be sure it would meet my needs. she not only took the time to accomodate us but then moved our belongings so we could be on our way to see our grandchildren, the main reason for our visit.

Driving from Chicago to Atlanta, this hotel was about half the way. Convenient to the highway. Across the street from a nice local bar/restaurant. Able to relax with some beers and walk to the room. Room was clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Shower had good pressure and hot water.

The young man on duty when we checked in on October 25 was so friendly and helpful. When I was in the workout room, he brought me a bottle of water. That was really nice. He should get a raise!!
