Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Neat and Tidy Great staying there. The only item I ranked poorly was the shuttle and that was only because it did not go very far. We wanted to go to a shopping centre that was 15 minutes away and that was too far for the shuttle to take us. It cost us $35 each way to get to the Woodlands Mall. Staff and value was very good. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort and service Upon entering the Holiday Inn Express, the entry way was very clean and well decorated. The front desk service checking in and out was very speedy and the reception person was very accomodating. Had a problem with getting the tv in our room on, and within minutes after calling the desk, someone was at the door and had the tv working in a second. Shuttle service was excellant. Shuttle driver was very nice and helpful. Looking forward to our return next year. March 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service My stay was accidental. My flight was cancelled due to weather and I was shuttled to the Holiday Inn hoping to get a flight home the following day. The day for departure came and I arranged for the hotel shuttle to transport me to the airport. Unfortunately, when the time came, the shuttle was engaged, taking another guest to the airport but I was assured it would arrive shortly. After a 15 minute wait, the shuttle had not arrive but hotel staff communicated that since there was an unexpected delay, they had called a cab and that the hotel would cover the cost for the trip to the airport. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, Marquita, one of the staff members came and apologized again for the delay and let me know that she would personally take me to the airport in her car. As it turned out, as she was pulling her car around to the entrance, the taxi arrived. I wanted to commend your staff on their professionalism by keeping me informed of what was going on and for being willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer service. Service excellence, such as your staff displayed is rare and I for one, appreciate it. March 9, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Reliable Service Behind Intimidating Curb I was a little put off entering the premises; there is a large gate which isn't intuitively marked that appeared to protect, lock out, or lock in cars beside the hotel. This obviously gives me a little hesitation regarding safety of the area. Overall, you get what you expect. Not too many frills, but a very courteous staff, clean room, bug-free bathroom, reliable wireless, and a mediocre but functional fitness center. Breakfast is important to me; they had actual scrambled eggs instead of those god-awful frozen omelette abominations. Great choice! I was a little put off by the per-usual nasty looking bananas, but such is life. March 7, 2015
