I perhaps was the first to use the heat this season and it smelled almost bad enough to make a room change but I turned on the power vent in the bathroom and eventually got use to the smell as it dissipated. They need to add a nightlight to the bathroom. November 6, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent place to stay I had a great experience staying at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff was excellent. I had to change the dates of my stay unexpectedly and the staff was very helpful making that change for me. Additionally the staff made me feel very welcome. I am recommending this hotel for our annual sales meeting that will be held in Houston in 2015. November 3, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not as convenient and a bit outdated Had the impression this hotel was much closer to IAH. Late night arrival cost me a 35$ cab ride from the airport. Could have been a bit more comfortable. I prefer down pillows which were not an option. October 30, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by everything nice except front desk staff At check in I was hassled about my husband not being with me to check in because I had his card. The front desk staff was rude and not helpful. When he finally arrived to go with me to check in the lady was not friendly and didn't look happy to see me again. I don't remember her name but she appeared of middle eastern race. She also looked very unhappy to have to give me a reward club member greeting gift bag. Everything else in the hotel was nice but that experience made me not want to return again!! October 29, 2014
