Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed but too noisy I am a gold member with IHG. When I checked into the room I noticed it was very outdated but I was willing to overlook that. What I hadn't noticed was the staff put me in the very last room of the building which was right against the railroad tracks. Immediately after checking in my husband and I decided to go to Hershey to experience all of the holiday activities. By the time we arrived back at our room we were exhausted from being out all day which was good so I thought. The trains just kept coming all night long and my husband nor I got a wink of sleep. Honestly this was the first hotel that I ever stayed at that I couldn't fall asleep for at least an hour. I would not recommend this hotel as it isn't a place to rest and relax unless maybe you are on the other side of the hotel and if that's the case is that how IHG treats their gold members? The staff thanked me when checking in more than once for being a gold member but I didn't feel the gold treatment at all when I arrived at my room. December 17, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room for improvement 'First, I stay here a lot and really like the hotel and it's staff. However, when I walked up to my room the first thing I saw outside my door in the hallway was what appeared to be the remnants of a lot of paper towels that were used to clean something up maybe.? You know when they fall apart and leave little pieces all over. Had to step through it to get into my room.. After a vigorous work out in the gym I found there were no towels at all and the handle on the water dispenser was broken off. Probably not a bad thing as there was so little water in the bottle that I don't think I would have drunk what was in there. Not to be too picky but why does the TV in the gym have a completely different channel line up than the rooms? And lastly why do all hotel maintenance people think that 10 pounds of caulk around the tub is the way to go. Done ranting. The room was clean and I got a good nights sleep. December 10, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Help was friendly room in bad shape The hotel room furnishings were worn. My desk chair was tattered, tile in the bathroom broken. Dust/dirt build up on floor of elevator against the walls. Need to change up breakfast selections and get different eggs. December 2, 2014
