This has been mentioned time and time again and is an issue at every premises I have stayed at - think it's time to look elsewhere. November 20, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always the leader of the pack Having stayed at this Hotel at some stage in every one of the last twenty years, it is astonishing to be able to write that it remains the yardstick by which this Chain is measured. HIE Inverness simply does not disappoint and KNOWING that a stay will be a pleasure, means that this is always the first choice for Inverness. The reception and kitchen staff are excellent-friendly, efficient, helpful and the room staff are superb: from our own experience of running award-winning 5-star properties for 12 years we can't praise the housekeeping highly enough. The Hotel does seem to respond to visitor feedback and we can only hope that the decision to remove trays from the breakfast area, is re-considered. It is a serious loss. November 19, 2014
