Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room but poor bathroom ventilation Comfortable stay and great staff but no ventilation in the bathrooms that caused a strong mold odor. This has been the case the last 3 times i've stayed here. They really need to install fans otherwise moisture buildup will continue and cause this smell January 28, 2016

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.The fitness center is the only thing lacking; it is quite small and does not have hardly any equipment. The breakfast is the standard HI Express fare which is fine but not outstanding. January 19, 2016

No response from the manager We were in the area for a funeral and stayed at the HI Express by the Sacramento airport which was excellent and this HI Express which was horrible. The maids did a terrible job of cleaning the room. One day we didnt remove the do not disturb sign till around 11 cuz I was doing some work on my computer. We left the room until 11 that night and the maids had not cleaned our room. I contacted the desk and they sent up towels which was ok but the room was not pleasant. I contacted the desk person twice about a room credit and they said the manager would call me. The manager never called. Also, the breakfast area was clean but lacked the dark roast coffee option we had at the other location. Boo. The business center was a little desk in the hall w/o a printer so we couldnt print out boarding passes. Boo. January 9, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable king bed and super clean room We stayed here for New Years Eve. We were very pleased with the personable staff that greeted us and throughout our stay. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. The breakfast was just about everything you could think of to have available. We will definitely stay here again. January 5, 2016
