I checked in and the front counter staff were pleasant and helpful, when I went to my room it was clean, smelled fresh and had the amenities, fridge and microwave, that it was suppose to have. I used the work facility and even though it was small everything worked and was kept clean. The breakfast buffet was the usual but it was fresh and hot so it was good. I will definitely stay at this location the next time I am in Kamloops. February 26, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Road Trip Rest I usually look for an independent accommodation provider (as I am one myself) but the Holiday Inn Express is my preferred brand hotel. No matter where I am travelling I can always depend on a Holiday Inn Express being there providing an easy to find and accessible locations. I do not want to be driving in an unfamiliar area looking for accommodations. I find the Holiday Inn Express offers not only value but also amenities that are important to me when I travel. I will only stay at hotels offering continental breakfast and the Holiday Inn Express has the best! Thank you for providing us weary road trip travelers with not only a restful nights sleep but a hearty breakfast as well. November 20, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just Average I had stayed at a Holiday Inn while in another city, which is why I chose this hotel in Kamloops. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The beds are extremely hard and very uncomfortable, and I didn't find it as clean as I would have liked. Breakfast was standard, but the sausages were ridiculously salty and it all seemed very unhealthy. They have a pancake machine, but that I stayed away from. The noise level was fairly low, which I appreciated. But due to construction there was no access to the pool or exercise room which was very disappointing. I would have liked to have been notified of this inconvenience before booking. Most of the staff was friendly, but some were harsh and did not seem to care. I will not be going back to this location.
