My stay at this hotel was a long one. From the second week of April until the 10th of May (with the exception of flying home for 5 days), i I was there working. The staff was very accommodating and the maid service was exceptional. Breakfast was good as well as the coffee. I have no complaints whatsoever. As a platinum member, I have stayed at several locations all up and down the east coast. Thanks for the kindness HI Express Langhorne. I will be back.

The guy working at the desk that night was knowledgeable and very accommodating to our group. He was able to adjust the billing and I was worried when I got up the next morning that I would have to fix it but he had taken care of it correctly. The rooms were clean, the beds were great and breakfast was excellent.

I travel a lot for both business and pleasure. I stay in a good amount of HI Express hotels and this one by far was the worst. There were minimal selections for TV, the heater/AC was very nosiy and the beds were very uncomfortable. Not to mention they ran out of hot water. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until some major upgrades are done.

Front desk staff on all shifts very pleasant and accommodating. Great breakfast choices. Hot beverages available all day and night.
My room was nice, bright and had some interesting architectural features.

This was our second stay in a matter of weeks due to family illness. we got a king leisure room. much larger and more comfortable. Great service, Recommend room 218!

I stay a many a Holiday inn Express. This place was not up to standards. The maid service forgot to take care of my room and I came back after a long day at midnight to find an undone room, no toilet paper, no toiletries, no towels... compared to other HIExpress, this one is like a Holiday Inn.. seedy and unkept.

The staff met me with an enthusiastic greeting and started booking me in. I booked kind of late in the day so they did not have time to assign me a room yet. So he looked at my account and acknowledged I was a platinum member and said he would get me an upgraded room. So far a present experience. I know this is an older hotel and well used do to a water park right next door, so I don't expect much from this hotel. When I opened the door I immediately noticed one of the closet doors was hanging backwards off the tracks. As I entered I noticed wall paper bubbling. I also noticed water stains on a wall and right above my head. I took pictures an am willing to share. Oh and the best part.... The upgraded room was in the same area that the elevator was at. So I could hear the elevator as it operated..

Hotel was easy to find and location was good.We arrived eary and were able to check in. Upon retiring that evening, we discovered that there was only one washcloth, though two had registered. The sink clogged after washing my face. The next morning . the toilet clogged. Upon leaving, there was a large sign to please let management be aware of any problems. So I meantioned these issues to the desk clerk. He said it was standard practice to leave only one washcloth as they get stolen and they were running low. REALLY????? Not an excuse! I know you can purchase a dozen washclothes at Walmart for about three dollars and probably cheaper in bulk. And they would have moved us to another room if we would have called the desk. But it was late and we were retiring.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was wonderful. From the staff (Jeff the manager especially), to the cleanliness of the rooms, to the free breakfast...everything was great! Definitely recommend and would stay again!
