First thing I noticed when we got to our room were the bad stains on the carpet. The bedding and bed skirts looked like they had been rolled in a ball when wet and allowed to dry that way - extremely wrinkled. When I went to get my bath, there was a bad rip in the permanent bath mat - very uncomfortable. When we went to leave we had to wait for three elevators to come and go as they were being used by staff to move furniture. This is not what we expect when we stay at a HIE.

The front desk was very friendly despite giving me a room that was next to renovations. The staff in the breakfast area were attentive making sure everything was clean and not running out of things

Everything about the hotel was great, but the online booking through ICH was good at first, until the check iin occured, read the notes in the rest of the survey.
