Sofa in room was filthy, table lamp burned out, and the shower was plugged. The light and shower were fixed. January 25, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very poor except for the breakfast surprisingly. First off this may have been the best prepared breakfast I've had at a HIE. The biscuits were soft, the gravy wasn't too thick, the eggs were amazing. If all HIE had breakfast like this or else cooked this well I'd eat there every morning of my stay. Now for the bad. When I arrived in the lobby the front desk guy was on the phone with someone about a room and there was a line of people to check in and only him.Instead of either asking the person to hold or telling them they were busy and to call back he just looked at us and gave us this kinda "this guys won't hang up" look. Checkin was fine. There was no fridge in the room. The tub wouldn't drain well. I asked for someone to look at it, but no one did until the 3rd day. Had to go to the desk after returning to the hotel on my 2nd day and have them send someone up to clean my room. No maid service came by. I really only needed the trash taken out due to having food in it, but still there wasn't anyone who came to check it out. They did give me some good suggestions for local places off the strip to eat, but other than that I was disappointed. January 24, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Disrepair This property (at least the room I was in) was in disrepair. Very shoddy repair work in the bathroom and heaters that sound like jet planes taking off. Even though it was cold I had to turn the heat off so I could sleep...it was just too loud. The front desk staff was great, however. January 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good place Room 434 needs help!!! the phones don't ring in the room. This is twice in the past 3 weeks I stayed their, same room maintance said they fix it. But not true! Same problem on my stay 01/16/2015 I rely on the phone for my work call. This is the second time my boss was not happy! Other than that I would rate my stay as Excellent January 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by holiday inn las vegas After driving from san fran I walked into hotel to see if they had a room for a night I was very tired I was greeted with a smile very friendly staff who sorted out a room asap for me the whole time I was there I could not have wanted better service and breakfast was very good I would recomend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in las vegas the rooms very clean and comfortable great stay I did not want to leave January 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Affordable and Conveniently located I stayed here because the price was reasonable and it was 5 min away from the strip. There is plenty of parking available and it's close to the freeway. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I got really good sleep on the bed as the mattress was nice and firm. The free breakfast was good. They had a variety of choices including pancakes, muffins, biscuits, eggs, bagels, yogurt, juice, coffee, etc. They change up the menu daily. I would stay here again.
