Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A good night sleep The most important thing for my visit was a good night sleep. The room was clean modern and comfortable, quiet and warm and I had no issues what so ever. The staff were efficient and polite. The breakfast however was not so good. Sausages were rubbery and cereal was chewy. But it was included in the price, so I didn't complain. Overall 4.5 out of 5. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great location makes up for short comings The location is great and made up for the short comings. The room we stayed in was on the side of the hotel close to the football stadium and game day was unbearable and the air conditioning in the room does not work well ( which is to say barely at all) so keeping the windows open is a must. The room and bed were worn and not terrible comfortable. The Saturday night we were there for, they had an event in the ball room, we believe it was a wedding. Given we need to keep the windows open we were up until 2 AM when they finally broke up the party. There were broken beer and liquor bottles all over the parking lot under our window. The hotel staff cleaned the mess up mid-morning on the Sunday. October 7, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Some disappointments Overall I enjoyed the stay as I use the IHG Brand a lot, but have issues with the lack of alternative restaurants at the location as it is rather isolated, i.e. too far from the City Centre. Also, was not happy that I could not change the settings on the AC, which appears to only blow cold air, no matter how high you adjust the Temperature to, so it was a case of either freeze or turn the AC off altogether so the room gets a bit of warmth. The bed pillows certainly need some real thought! I couldn't tell any difference between Firm and Soft, and because they are so thin, needed three to feel comfortable, they are definitely lacking in quality. September 23, 2014
