Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable, welcoming & relaxing A warm welcome greeted our family as we arrived for our first Christmas Market event in Lincoln. The reception staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The entire hotel from restaurant to room was clean and comfortable. All staff at the hotel were always happy, productive and attentive to your needs and questions. The location for this hotel is ideal and only a short walk to the shops and historic town and its amenities. We will certainly be returning to Lincoln again and would chose the Holiday Inn Express as our first choice accommodation venue. Well done to everyone... December 12, 2014

Slightly difficult to see due to Temporary scaffolding on build next door. Heating wasn't very efficient struggled to keep room warm. Bed a little too firm for my liking apart from that a great stay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fresh, modern hotel With my family we took three rooms in the Lincoln City Centre Holiday Inn Express. We stayed two nights for the weekend of the Lincoln Christmas market. We were very happy with the hotel, its location and its friendly, efficient staff. The hotel was full because of the Christmas market, so supply and demand meant we paid premium prices for the room -- hence my lower scores for value for money. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and would happily re-visit provided prices had returned to the norm. December 10, 2014
