Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by room space Room too small once the fold down bed is made up, and my daughter said that bed was very uncomfortable, and cold at night as the quilts on both beds are not very warm and noisy when turning during the night, shower room very good, but the breakfast was not what I expected, just being picky as I like my egg @bacon ect , and finally I had to bring it to the attention of the staff that every knife in the cuttlery was dirty, they quickly removed them to wash them, this was not good enough, at the end of our stay they did thank me for bringing it to their attention. Overall at teh price point that it is at the hotel offers a grat package of price and comfort. It is great or a short stay. However on the East side of the hotel fronting a major road the rooms can be noisy. October 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient Staff were all very helpful during my stay, facilitating an early check in so I could get ready for a wedding. Location is great, within easy walk from the train station. Only drawback was space in the dining room and the choice/quality of the food at breakfast, however this is included with the room at a low cost October 23, 2014

Had to ask for bed to be made and to cap it off the hotel have not registered the restaurant bill on the system for points. October 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location Stayed 2 nights in the hotel. Rooms are more for business one night stays. Not much room for hanging clothes up. The room was clean and a good size. The breakfast was self service and a good selection. We did not eat at night in the hotel. A five minute walk and you were in the marina area. Good choice of restaurants and bars. Worth visiting the cathedral and castle. October 23, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by A Poor Do! We had difficulty finding the Holiday Inn, due to the large building site next door. The noise from the site woke us early next morning. The cooked breakfast was horrible, as was the quality of the fruit juice. It wasn't clear where to go to collect breakfast and there were no trays. On our second night, we chose to have a drink at the bar. We were shocked at the high prices. Only the next morning did we find the small notice giving the price list. The prices should be clear to see. The room was clean and comfortable, with an excellent shower room. The Holiday Inn was very impersonal and hardly any member of staff spoke to us. We were shocked to find we had to pay to park, especially as we are blue badge holders. The whole experience has put us off Holiday Inns and we won't be back. October 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff. The staff at this hotel is excellent, At check-in, Phil made a special effort to give us a quiet room despite the hotel being very busy. We also found Robyn to be extremely helpful and pleasant. Everyone there makes the stay really nice. We have regularly returned tothis hotel and will continue to do so. October 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great location...does what it says on the bottle This is a well placed hotel for Lincoln....easy to find and with own reasonably priced parking. We went as a family with two young children (who loved stating here). The sofa bed was already turned down prior to arrival. Rooms were clean. Breakfast choice more limited than I remember from previous stays in HIE elsewhere... But still fantastic value. October 22, 2014
