Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay aside from few hiccups Hotel in general was great, room was ok although on the slightly small scale. Not the average Holiday Inn experience but overall the stay was comfortable and ideal for a one night stay. The hotel experience some boiler issues which meant we got cold water through the stay and the TV didn't work properly. However, this wouldn't be a problem if you are staying just for a bed for the night. November 17, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Expensive, poor service, a little grubby This is the kind of hotel that gives London hotels a bad reputation. The location was good, and I guess that was why it was so expensive, but the value for money was very poor. Everything about it felt a little grubby and uncared for (e.g. carpets, tables, even the check-in guys had stained ties!) Less than i would expect for HI Express. November 12, 2014

The room was rather cold and with the benefit of hindsight we should have contacted reception at the time as they had extra heaters and duvets they could have brought to the room. As it was, we mentioned the problem upon checkout and the hotel dealt with it very professionally. Overall, we would stay at this hotel again if we needed to be in that part of London again.
