Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Stay for the 'experience' I've been to a number of IHG properties and this is among the best. I've always found that the 'experience' is what makes the difference every time, and the experience can only come from those who work in the facility. Simply said - This Staff provides a stellar experience! Whoever hires folks here, knows their business! These are top notch customer service folks who are clearly Service professionals. I don't have children, but the hotel has an indoor pool with a pretty cool water slide for kids. December 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable bed and great service One of the evening attendant has gone out of the limb to try to help me to get my glass screw tighten up since it is about to fall out. Unfortunately, he can't find any tiny small screwdriver (for glasses) from the tool room to help me. Suggest you store one just in case, it should be a few bucks tool but it will become a life saver for traveler like us that need to wear glass when we drive esp. at night.
