The room in this hotel was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Climate controls were easy to use and provided good temperature adjustment.
However, the in-room internet was unacceptably slow, the water pressure in the shower made it nearly impossible to rinse off in a timely fashion, and the workout room was substandard (not enough equipment, too cold, not clean and the wipes dispenser was empty).

When making reservations, I made it clear to the staff that I was not sure if I would stay one or two nights and it that my stay was dependent on how much work was accomplished on the first day. I was given two options:
1) go ahead and make the reservation for two nights. In this case, I would have to inform the desk before 1200 if I wanted to cancel the second night, otherwise I would be charged for the second night. Now I don't know about anyone else, but in my book 1200 is HARDLY a full work day and at that time it would be almost impossible for me to know if I would need to stay the second night.
2) just make the reservation for one night and then HOPE that, if I needed to stay a second night, that there would be a room available. REALLY? Cross my fingers and hope for a room? This is really the hotel's recommendation?
The fact that you can cancel a reservation before 600PM only on the first day of the reservation is an utterly asinine reservation policy and is not helpful if you are not certain if you will need to stay additional nights, which is especially true if you are travelling on business. I was told that they have this policy because the cleaning staff is gone by 1200 and they can't have the room prepped after that time. Guess what? Not my problem. Train your desk staff how to vacuum and fold a sheet and, in a pinch, the problem is solved.
Otherwise, the rooms were fine and the staff was mostly pretty good, but I would not stay here again based just on their reservation policy because it reflects poorly in the customer service department.
