Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good value for money I booked a twin bedroom for a night. The room was clean and newly refurbished. Spotless bathroom with walk-in shower. Very attentive and helpful staff at the reception. Breakfast is free (which is really good) but the food could be of better quality. All in all, a good experience and I would happily book again this hotel if in the area. October 16, 2014

They couldn't provide the newspapers I wanted. The room was far away for me--a slightly disabled person, but the hotel was fully booked when I stayed. I was given a smoking room--and I am a non-smoker. Overall, it was less than other HE Express properties I've stayed at. October 7, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant hotel, close to Motorways and Cities. This is a good hotel close to the Motorways serving the Midlands and close to the cities of Birmingham and Coventry as well as Nuneaton itself. It is on the edge of an industrial park so is not the prettiest of locations. However it has the advantage of a number of food outlets and a pub right on the door step. The hotel is clean and tidy but just be aware that if it is busy when you stay, the breakfast area is not huge and may be busy at certain times. Free breaksfast is adequate and you shouldn't leave empty, there is a small bar area adjacent to the clean and bright entrance lobby, and the rooms we have had on a number of stays are good, with plenty of space, TV and free internet access. A good stopover while travelling, or if you want to visit the Midlands area and the local cities, it is acceptable for a longer stay. September 25, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight stay 20th September 2014 We recently reserved a double room with Sofa bed (non smoking) 2 weeks prior to our Arrival on the 20th September 2014, which we Had confirmation of this room via email. On our arrival we were told that the room we Had reserved was no longer available and that The only double rooms available were rooms With smoking allowed. We took this room as we were due to meet friends Close by for an evening out. The landing that the room was on was very Smoky let alone the room. I personally found this uncomfortable as I have Breathing difficulties. Therefore I did not get A comfortable nights sleep. We have stayed at this hotel on a number Of occasions of the years including our Wedding night 8 years ago and have never Had any problems. I was quite alarmed to be told that the room We had reserved two weeks previous Has been allocated to someone else although We had confirmation via email. September 24, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy Hot Disinterested staff This hotel is poorly placed near a main road, despite being new the heating and ventilation systems did not apprear to ahve any functioning control. The staff could not have cared less. By far trhe worst HIE experieince in 15 years September 22, 2014
