It was a long stay with colleagues and friends on a business trip, The Hotel and its staff made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I thank each staff member for their hospitality and liveliness. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Everything as you would expect from Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in this hotel on many occasions when away working. I know what to expect from a Holiday Inn Express and that is what I get here, if not better than most. My only complaint is the coffee at breakfast, it is a similar machine to other hotels but I find it difficult to actually taste any coffee in the cappaccino. I'm sure with a little tweak inside the machine this could be rectified. I wonder how this went down with Costa Coffee when they were staying on a convention lol. May 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by family weekend stayed for two nights 26/27 april. we had 3 rooms all off which were spotlessly clean. fresh towels for 2nd night. reception staff were very helpful and organised taxi s for us as we were staying for a wedding and gave us more tea and coffee as required. the breakfast buffett was very good and a good selection of food fresh orange and coffee. we would recommend this hotel and stay again when we visit family. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy This hotel is on an out of town retail park. It would have been perfect in terms of location, comfort etc, if the double glazed window had had a functioning seal on it. Sleep was impossible due to the constant beep, beep of reversing delivery lorries and there was a considerable draught. I did report it but can't believe the management weren't already aware. The hotel wasn't full, so no one needed to be accommodated in that room. Perhaps they are all the same! May 4, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 A noisy and hot night There is no air conditioning, the heating was off but the room was too warm, so we had to open the window, however, the road noise was loud. at 6.30am the AC system started up to for the main area, this gave us an early morning wakeup call!!! The double bed was in fact 2 single mattress's pushed together, however, the mattress's were not level. The tap water pressure in the bathroom was excessive, I tried to wash out a cup and the pressure was so great I ended up with water all down my trousers The water pressure problem could have easily been averted by having a pressure reduction valve fitted. Lastly the electric towel rail didn't work. My room No. was 212. May 1, 2013
