Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rude and unhelpful staff Our swim team visited this hotel for a meet. The front desk staff was unfriendly during the course of our stay, and on one weekend night the employee was clearly sick and should not have been at work. Another front desk employee on a different night told some of the swimmers who requested a roll away that they did not need one. On each morning of a 3 night stay, the tables in the breakfast area were not cleaned and the food was infrequently replenished. Also, the bananas were not rotated as one day they were green and the next they were overly ripe - indicating that the other food items may not have been rotated properly. Finally, we requested a late checkout on Sunday morning. We were denied even though it is highly unlikely that the hotel was fully booked on a Sunday night - considering that the weekend swim meet and basketball tournament, which filled the hotel, ended on Sunday. Our keys were disabled prior to the 11am checkout time. The custodial staff knocked on the door shortly after checkout time, and when I told her that we were vacating within minutes she glared at me rudely and walked away. Shortly thereafter, the front desk called and threatened to charge us for another night if we did not vacate the room. Subsequently, the front desk manager came up to knock on some of the swimmers' doors asking them to vacate and threatened them with another night's charge. Even if the hotel was full on Sunday night in Auburn, AL #highly unlikely# check in time is 3pm - 4 hours after we were harassed. June 28, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New building in an upcoming area The hotel was gorgeous and the area is new and upcoming. There are many local amenities like Starbucks and new grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The price was outstanding for a two queen room. Best part, the room is clean and free of bed bugs. Awesome! Thanks Rachel! She was the hotel staff member who went out of her way to help me and my two little children. June 26, 2015

HAVE YOU EVER STAYED AT A NOTEL AND YOU DIDN'T FEEL CLEAN, WELL YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE THAT AT THIS HOTEL.
