Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Knowledgable staff We drove all day and I just wanted to relax. I wanted to watch a TV program. The remote would not give is the network channels, so I called the main desk. The person told me to do exactly what I tried 5 times before. After throwing a fit in my room, my wife tried it and again called the main desk. She got the person to come to the room and try it himself. He left telling us he would get someone to help. He left and never called nor did he get help. I understand it is a minor thing, but was very irritating! He also told me he would look up my priority number, which he never did. I found it on line. It was easy! The people in the morning were much more attuned to customer service. November 8, 2014
