Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel alright for short stay Our check-in went smoothly, but when we got to our room we had requested a microwave and fridge but got neither. Called front desk and they had fridge delivered to room but did not work, so they had to get another. The room was mostly clean except for the bathroom, there was excessive dirt in the corners and vent, plus there was dust build up on top of the fixtures, also the room did not have any facial tissue's and no extra bathroom tissue. Throughout the night I could not sleep right because there was people fighting outside and being loud plus persons on our floor were letting their room doors slam on entering and exiting which is very loud. We got to the breakfast bar at approximately 9:30 a.m. and most of the items were either missing or were left standing for hours, no one was available to police or keep up this area. I am surprised at the problems we encountered during this stay. May 31, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Disappointing. Elevators were broken, which being on the 6th floor made for a unplanned workout getting up and down the stairs. Internet was slow. Room service came later in the day, by which time I was back from my meetings and didn't want to be interrupted. I told the cleaning woman to just give me towels. She said she didn't have any and would comeback. She never did. May 23, 2015

We go to concerts and other events at the sports complex , so your location is perfect for our stay in Philly. The view is great and everyone including housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by hotel staff check in was a nightmare, 1 person on duty constantly answering phone while trying to check me in, after 15 minutes i left and came back later, elevator was out of order for 4 days while repairing mechanics set off fire alarm, had to evacuate building, while guest were in parking lot no staff member came out to tell us what was happening, found out later about mechanic setting of alarm whit smoke from what they were doing. had to wait for all clear from fire department who arrived on scene 10 minutes after first alarm.
