Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by It was OK - But Will Stay Elsewhere Next Time Nice breakfast choices, and beds were good. Coffee area in the room was never serviced. Shower and soap trays weren't cleaned. Basically very little done in the way of cleaning. They did make the beds. Shuttle runs hourly - which is a nice service - but the shuttle was filthy. Doesn't run on weekends either. It's not a long hike from the hospital to the hotel if you have good knees - about 1.2 miles. 20-30 minute walk, which I did one day in 34 degrees, but it wasn't too bad. I booked here because I'm a IHG rewards member and burned a few points. All in all, I'll stay somewhere else next time. February 2, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy, Dirty, and Slow Internet I checked in thinking this would be a nice and comfortable room given the price tag. Once I check in i realize my room is extremely noisy located just off a freeway. The noises from the road ran all night, and on top of the noise there are no real curtains. There are only sheer lace curtains that are designed to allow light into your room. I'm not sure about most people but the main reason I stay in a hotel is to sleep and with these conditions it makes it nearly impossible. To make matters worse the next morning I go to take a shower and find mildew in my shower and hairs on the tile back splash. I examine the back splash further while I'm in the shower and notice there are still pencil marks on the tile from installing the soap holders which is a pretty good indicator they never get cleaned! To top it all off, I tried accomplishing work in my room which turned out to be nearly impossible as the internet is sluggishly slow. I tried a direct connect with Ethernet rather than wireless and it was just a bad. My internet speed test at 10:00 PM had 1.23 Mb/s download speeds and my 10:00 AM test (after nearly everyone has checked out) clocked in at 1.52 Mb/s. Overall I will not be staying at this location again, and would not recommend it to anyone else either. January 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stay on January 18 The only complaint I have that sleeping on the highway side it is noisy. Would prefer parking lot side. But when i checked in they said it was first come first serve. I called ahead and booked it. I believe it should be when people call for reservation it should be who booked first. i particularly asked for parking lot side. Also didn't know their was under ground parking. Also reason I was their was not leisure or business. It was for medical reasons. January 26, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Tough call Pretty new hotel that I felt very safe walking into at 11pm. I was greeted by a very accommodating clerk and checked in. The room was huge and nicely appointed. The bed was a little hard for my tastes and the pillows too soft but otherwise, it's a nice place. The price was a bit steep but the breakfast is awesome. They don't advertise an underground parking area but another guest told me. I'll have to check that out the next go-around. January 22, 2016
