The room was very comfortable (traffic noise was a little louder than most that I've stayed, but didn't bother me). The bathroom was very clean and modern but the lights could be a little brighter. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. The staff was attentive at keeping breakfast items stocked. Location is very convenient and was easy to find. I would recommend. November 18, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place overall I always love staying at this hotel, however, I was a little disappointed that there was no mention of the underground parking being out of order due to the work being done on the outside of the building. When I complained, it didn't appear to be of concern of the desk staff. I paid more to have the underground garage for the MN November weather and didn't get the perk. November 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A nice hotel The staff, room, and cleanliness are all top notch...but...the breakfast is not very good at all. I have to be at the Mayo every 28 days so my husband and I stay at the Holiday Inn Express every month. The only thing we really do not like is the breakfast. The hot food is not very hot and the bagel we got the other day was so hard we couldn't cut it. It may have just been a bad day and I will not hold this against the hotel. My only other request would be that you update your channel guide in the rooms. Trying to find the station you want when you don't have accurate information can get a bit frustrating. Overall, we do love this hotel and will continue to stay there for as long as I have to keep coming to Rochester. November 13, 2014

Simply stated, EVERYTHING was exceptional. It began with the friendly, intelligent, fully informed quality of the manager, Ms. Melany, continued with the service staff in all the various areas, the most comfortable room accommodations imaginable, and ended with a real SMILE on the face of each of the staff persons as we departed.
