This hotel is clean and located close to the airport. The breakfast is a good variety and the area is kept very clean during the access time. The front desk staff is very friendly and work quickly and efficiently to get you processed to your room. The rooms are standard hotel rooms but clean and efficient. But the overall detriment for this hotel and it makes me thing again about using this hotel in the future is that the shuttle bus never comes. I have stayed at this hotel before and the sister next door and it took a long time; but this time the shuttle took over an hour to come from the hotel for a trip that is only 5 minutes.

The room and hotel overall were fine. No safe in the room makes it unacceptable for a longer stay. I prefer a firm bed, but the bed in the room actually seemed too firm. And the toilet was a bit too efficient (making it quite inefficient)--requiring triple flushes!
The staff failed to recognize my Platinum status in any way, shape, or form.

The rooms were clean and quite large. The continental breakfast was typical of this type of hotel. I have noticed that hotels these days tend to only put two towels in the bathroom. Unless you are traveling alone, most people are going to need more than two towels. If there are four people checking in, go ahead and give them more towels so they don't have to call and have someone run them up later.

Checked in March 2nd. I had to greet the desk agent; she didn't greet me. She said she was tired. Was never recognized as a platinum member. She was on the phone the whole time with her manager as she tried to check me in. She gave me my room key, asked me if i had stayed here before (i replied yes), then asked me if i could find the room. Did not give the customary run down on breakfast times and other information.
Breakfast attendant doesn't even acknowledge you're there; no greeting or how can i help you.
On Thursday I was to be picked up at 5:30 am for my flight. New shuttle driver never stopped by. I was picked up by an off duty employee and then dropped off next door at the Holiday Inn. Original shuttle driver shows up, my bags are transferred to his van and then he tells me he isn't leaving the parking lot until 6 am.
Positive note: Hotel is close to airport and rooms are nice and comfortable. Staff though needs some instruction on what good customer service looks like.

The staff at this property were fantastic! From the front desk to the shuttle drivers - they were above and beyond. I definitely had different expectations when we booked at this Holiday Inn Express. I merely expected a bed in a basic hotel close to the airport, but this place was top notch.
We will definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff not too friendly. Arrived about 1:30 pm and told I would have to wait till 2 pm no rooms clean. While I was setting waiting they checked in two other guests and didn't invite me to sign in. Even then not too friendly and didn't even mention my membership in IHG nor offer extras that are normal.
