Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by mildewy rooms and poor front desk reception When I arrived with no other guests in the lobby, neither of the 2 front desk clerks greeted me until I stood there a minute and said hello. It then took them a few minutes to close out of their internet windows to be able to check me in. Upon entering my non smoking room it was too smokey from a previous guest to use so the front desk changed my room after a significant effort. The next room was mildewy and sour smelling but not as bad as the smoky room. One cleaning staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile and a hello. The others wouldn't look at me or smile or acknowledge me, the rooms were dirty and I'm sure it was the unmotivated, unhappy staff that ineptly cleaned the rooms. The hotel looked very new, the lobby and eating area looked nice so it was very disappointing to find out how quickly this hotel was deteriorating because of poorly cleaned rooms and unfriendly, inept staff. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor for Holiday Inn Express I'm an IHG Rewards Club Member, so I stay almost exclusively at Holiday Inn Express - for business and personal travel. Typically, I have a great experience with the room, the staff and amenities. Unfortunately, this particular stay was not up to par. The wi-fi did not work and both our sink and tub did not drain properly. Both to multiple requests to the staff to get them addressed. The hotel itself had several areas that were vandalized and not repaired. I would not recommend this particular hotel - although I will still use the chain extensively. June 21, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Below Standard Traveling with 4 kids and booked 2 rooms weeks ago. I called 2 times (weeks ago and days ago) to verify a request for adjoining rooms, along with a request when booking online ( informed them we would be flying in late around 10pm). I was told it was confirmed both times. We arrived and not only did they not have any adjoining rooms, they saved nothing even on the same floor. We were finally given 2 rooms with KING beds ONLY on same floor. The staff told me the one reservation I had was for a STANDARD Room, they said a STANDARD Room is always a KING Bed (other reservation specified 2 double beds, but we didn't even get that room). Never in my 40 years of booking hotels have I heard a STANDARD Room is a KING. Hotel is very dated and felt unclean. Extremely disappointed with a Holiday Inn property. I would never recommend this hotel to a friend. June 12, 2015
