Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by really good place to stay when short visiting Milan The hotel is placed near the airport and offers free shuttle service. This way you arrive directly to the hotel and you can easily board on Malpensa Express to get ot the centre of Milan in the morning, as shuttle runs every 30 mins or so. The hotel has all that you may need, Intrnet works fine, breakfast is on the same level as in other HIX hotels, not too rich, but you do not leave hungry. Only coffee could be better than what is served (nescafe...) an Espresso would be a much welcome addition/upgrade. All in All I can recommend this hotel if you need a place to sleep only. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very close to Malpensa Airport Exceptionally efficient front desk staff; courteously gave us an early check in, offered to help with dinner reservation, and arranged an early taxi. Be aware the airport shuttle is not 24 hours so if you have a very early flight or late arrival you may need to arrange a taxi. Good value. There is one nearby pizzeria restaurant and not much else dining wise. January 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel, Excellent Customer Services, Great for US Traveler's This hotel was a Great Experience to us, in fact we plan to use it again soon, on our way back, For US travelers..., in our room the toilet had a outlet that had a switch to 110v and it let's you plug in a standard US phone charger, (or any US adpter) so we were able to charge our USA Phone's without any adapter. The front desk was very helpful, we told them were we plan to catch the train to Switzerland. And ask them for a car service number, s they informed us that we can save money by taking a bus that stopes 2-3 min walk from the hotel. The price for the value, service, and cleanness, would make us rate this hotel 10. January 6, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Ausschreibung stimmt mit Hotelstandart nicht überein Hatte Hotel wegen Transfer zu Airpot gebucht , jedoch 4Uhr morgen gibt es keinen Hoteltransfer man muss Taxi nehmen. .Weiters war es auch nicht möglich Frühstück zubekommen erst ab 6 Uhr. Und all dies in einem AirportHotel mit 24 Std.Service.Da fehlt doch einiges am Mangement dieses Hotels.Die Mitarbeiter und der Duty Manager waren voll überfordert und könnten keine befriedigente auskunft geben.Kann und werde sicher nicht mehr diese Hotel besuchen oder weiterempfehlen. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by clear with good service Positives: Very clear hotel with Very kind staff Negatives: At our 3 nights stay room were very noisy. Werw close to the elevator having as result each time it were used we heared everything. Same with the luggages that were carried. Faced problem at first night to sleep. 3rd night the klima system had problem and instead of warm we had cold air in our room. We just swiched it off, as room were already in good temperature in our 2nd breakfast, person in charge were not interesting to clear tables, bring missing products on the buffet. We asked him several times to bring us cheese, ham, eggs, even glasses to dring our juice and coffee Generally, Holiday Inn Express is trustable and will suggest it also to my friends, as well as will book again on one of them January 4, 2014
