The room and facilities in the room were good. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast however was a disaster! There were no plates, cups, cutlery and only one working tea/coffee machine. The cooked breakfast was not great and the staff in and around the kitchen area appeared stressed and grumpy. There did not appear to be anyone monitoring what had run out and providing replacements it was up to the residents to ask for things.

Duvet was so thin I thought it was a throw. Clean rooms with everything you need, and the staff were, as always, excellent.

Séjour rapide, hôtel situé non loin de l’aéroport, ce qui permet de prendre un vol tot le matin , tout en passant un nuit assez complète.
l’accueil a l’hôtel est agréable, mais les hôtesses ne parlent pas français..., l enregistrement est rapide, et efficace. les chambres sont propres, fonctionnel, manque peut être un peu d'insonorisation ( bruit de tuyauterie dans la chambre que j ai utilisé). Manque de praticité dans la salle de bain, avec une porte ayant une double fonctions, porte des toilette d'un coté, et porte de la salle de bain de l'autre...pas très pratique..
Le restaurant n'est pas très très propre ( taches sur certains sièges, tables pas toujours essayées...mais le personnel souriant et serviable. Les repas servit rapidement, et bons.
Le CHEK OUT le matin est efficace et rapide.

Habitación amplia y limpia pero con escasa iluminación. Cama cómoda. Buena ducha. Aunque no se oyen nada los aviones aterrizando o despegando, el extractor del baño funciona de manera constante y hace algo de ruido. El autobús un poco caro, en otros aeropuertos hay hoteles con este servicio gratuito. Para acceder a los ascensores hace falta la tarjeta de la habitación, lo que da sensación de mayor seguridad.

Friendly staff at the bar, reception and restaurant.
WE had a very early start and needed to take the shuttle bus to Stansted Airport at 4.00 am. This was on time and helped to make the experience much easier and relaxing.

Poor beds but evening meals were nice enough.
You can queue for ages to check in and the whole process seems slow and clumsy.
Staff are friendly enough. Complaints concerning the telephone not working and noisy bathroom due to water pipes were ignored and nothing done despite a second complaint on day three.

Have stayed at this hotel many times over recent years. Good rates but could do with a little shape up in many areas, especially rooms and bathrooms.
Conditions/cleanness of rooms is okay for the price, but mattresses and pillows are getting out dated.
(Someone tell me the real difference between hard and soft pillows offered, except form the nice band indicating which is which - they are both hard).
The shuttle ticket is also a bit of a downside. Last time I stayed at this hotel with my wife we spent £12 on the shuttle, so could have stayed at an airport hotel with walking distance to the terminal at more or less same rate.
Staff are friendly, though changing a lot and therefore lack of experience.
Bring express check-in Q back for Platinum members, please!
