This is a great stay for a sweet small TX town. Highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express Sweetwater. They are the best Holiday Inn Express I have found, and I travel often for business.

Surprisingly nice accommodations in this small town. Excellent breakfast with good variety. Room was clean and attractively decorated. Bed was comfortable. Would certainly stay there again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and in good repair. Try to get a room on the side away from the Interstate.

For the price of the room, we were really disappointed. No WIFI, hot tub broken down. Was exhausted wanted to relax in hot tub. Staff was very nice and apologized.

Just an okay one-night stopover. The front side rooms are poorly insulated and the rumble of trucks on I-20 continued all night. Get a room on the back side. The thermostat did not work and the hand control on the h/ac unit did not function properly. The blower would not shut off when the desired temperature was reached. Staff was friendly but that did not overcome the noise in the room when trying to sleep. Inadequate vanity space in the bathroom despite a fairly large room space. Poor layout and poor use of the available space by the room designer accounted for this complaint. Overall, there was not enough value for money to give this place a good recommendation.

Only major issue was the slow wifi and I informed staff. Staff indicated that I they were working on repairing the problem by upgrading the service to fiber optic cable and will be up and running the next day. Next day the service was still slow.
