Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Short Break I chose this Hotel for convenience from Railway Station and Bus Station. I walked into the Reception Area and was greeted with a very warm smile, booking in was quick and easy and they provided me with all the information I needed. Staff in the Dining Room were quick to clear away the tables, always smiling and happy. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. March 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff were great, location not so. Staff were very friendly. On checking in, the young lady was very chatty and made me feel instantly welcome. This helped overcome the initial reservations I was having about the hotel location. The hotel itself was comfortable with value for money rooms. Getting to the hotel through swindon's one way system is tricky as there is no self explanatory place to park. I had to (after driving round the one way system 3 times) pull over and call the hotel to be informed by the automated system that you have to pull into the hotel drop off point to travel up to reception, check in and then get a parking permit. The parking lot is shared by the railway and is 5 mins walk away from the hotel. This whole process left me feeling stressed at 22:00 when I just wanted to check in and get some sleep. March 29, 2015
