AC didn't work in the room. It was too hot to sleep.
Breakfast service was closed much before 10am. Staff didn't refill the serving bowls of food at buffet when it was empty. What was even worse was they took away the food right in front of people who were in the queue holding their plates saying break fast service is over (It wasn't 10am yet by then). When challenged, staff asked guests to buy food later. It was same experience of atleast 12 to 15 families.
Frontend staff didn't care when the problems were brought to their notice.
Overall it was worst experience.

I had chosen Express by Holiday Inn due to the central location offering a choice of restaurants in the area. The staff at reception were very helpful in guiding me to restaurants of my liking. There is a limited choice of meals in the bar, but the quality was good.
The Internet in the room worked very well, and I am pleased to use free wireless Internet connection thanks to my membership of IHG club.
The room is good and comfortable. In particular I appreciate the choice between a hard and soft pillow.

The location and the stuff (the recipients helpful and cooperative
The staff if they work for the reception only not for the bar also
Than that will be good
The net was bad and it effect me (I lost because of it) the said high speed but (no or low)

The bedroom Air Conditioning should be fixed as a matter of urgency, not working meant I needed to have window open and noise from outside impacted stay

I have stayed at this hotel for between 2 and 6 nights a week since September 2014.
As with all long term relationships we have had our ups and downs. However there is one unfailing attribute to this hotel that the General Manager Sam knows only too well. That is the exemplary staff.
Lee the deputy general manager has often had to deal with my more grumpy side when things haven’t gone too well he has done so with good grace and resolves issues to the best of his ability.
All the staff, from maintenance, to front of house, kitchen, housekeeping and duty managers are excellent. They are always welcoming to all guests even those who perhaps should have more manners. Many like Robert, Melody, both the Hayleys and Mexico and Dave (apologies to those I missed), have been there most of the time that I have used the hotel. All are unfailingly excellent.
The girls usually manage to get me the same room which is really convenient and have also smoothed things over when minor problems arise. At night it is often Robert who is on duty and it is reassuring to know he is there with a very calm hand on the tiller and his usual courteous multi lingual efficiency and manner keeping everyone calm. He and Dave are not bad at knocking up really decent breakfast either.
There are a few issues that should mark this hotel down quite noisy location, tried rooms and no aircon. However the staffs alone have raised this score to very good. Well done one and all and I really appreciate the efforts you all make.
