Great Hotel Great room Great staff ..............only down fall nothing to do with hotel ..car park that is recomended by hotel.. two cars had there door window smashed and had lost some items stolen .................

Yet again the staff make every effort for me to feel at home, rooms always to a good standard, staff are always pleasant and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, as it is a shining example of good service and value for money.

I chose Holiday Inn Express Swindon centre because it was only two minutes from Swindon BR.I found the rooms comfortable,clean and great value.The staff were without exception happy,nothing was to much trouble for them,but the Jewel in the Crown was the complimentary breakfast,When I return to Swindon again I will certainly stay at this Hotel,and I would recommend it to anyone.

Travelling between Cornwall and Norfolk this is a handy mid way break point. Alternative Holiday Inn next to the motorway was more expensive so ventured in to town centre. Good service and friendly staff made it worthwi. Will stay again

We requested the corner room 115 and got it. Not only is it a big room, but it's also on the "quiet side" away from the clubs and pubs. Breakfast could have been warmer but wedead gone down a bit late

I would like to offer som suggestions which would improve the stay
1 salad cream to be made available
2 salt and pepper to be available on tray service
3 regular guests to be given the same room
4 get rid of the fair trade tea bags in the rooms and supply a brand
5 electrics working consistently in the rooms
6 Internet access on iPad
