Cerca del aeropuerto sin ruido de aviones, sus habitaciones muy cómodas, recomendable en cualquier caso, cuando regrese seguro me hospedo de nuevo, el centro comercial junto al Hotel muy conveniente.

Ya sea al salir o regresar del aeropuerto de Toluca, esta es una muy buena opción, fácil de llegar, fácil de salir, junto al centro comercial, en muy buen estado... muy conveniente, tienen servicio de transporte al aeropuerto o si vienes manejando puedes hasta dejar tu auto en el hotel y ahorrar en comparación con la tarifa del aeropuerto, regresare sin duda.

Me perece una buena opcion para descansar ya sea en familia o de negocios, Habitaciones limpias y con todos los servicios, Registro y salida rapida. El personal de recepcion muy atento y amable una sonrisa a flor de labios despues de largas horas de servicio. el unico pero es el horario y cantidad de equipo en el gimnasio, trate de ir 10pm y ya estaba cerrado.

Les pido por favor dejen de poner en recepción para el cobro o cierre de cuentas a señoritas en capacitación o recién ingresadas , este es el segundo inconveniente que me sucede con ustedes y en verdad es muy molesto ya que mi empresa es muy estricta en el registro de los gastos de viaje y con ustedes he tenido problemas para entregar a tiempo la información. En ocasiones siento que la recepción es un desorden total.

Cercano el aeropuerto, atencion excelente y satisfaccion garantizada, por sus instalaciones y su ubicacion. Tienes todo lo que necesitas para tu descanso y entretenimiento, alrededor encontraras tiendas y restaurantes.

Second time I stay here, first time was kind of a reinaguration prep mode. Some things were not working, like the door to the excercise room never opened and staff walked by and never bothered to help or ask if I wanted to go in.. The lobby host attention was lame.
I decided to give it a second chance. This time the hotel was hosting a whole bunch of people from a cycling event arrranged by the government. The lobby host attention was lame again. And not only that, they did not mention I was a IHG member, so I asked if they had received it and they said yes. The "yes" sounded so false that I wrote it down on the registering form where you agree on prices and write down your email and so. And the lady even told me again, yes and here is the bag of candies we give to the IHG members. almost 3 weeks after the IHG rewards shows no stay at this hotel. And I call the hotel to ask for the Manager and they tell me they are not available, I ask what time i can find the manager and again i am told this is information they cant give out.

I'm a gold member and I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. What I got was 1 queen bed and a sofa bed. Ok for an overnight stay but for a 4 day stay the sofa bed was terrible. The web site said that there was shuttle service to the airport, false advertising, I had to pay for taxi's. The staff was excellent as was the breakfast choices. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the area that the hotel is located is very convenient to just about everything. There is no restaurant in the hotel so with the exception of breakfast you have to go out for all your meals. I was not very happy to find a side door constantly propped open when a sign on the wall stated "For your protection this door is locked 24 hours. Use guest key for entry", I took a picture. I will not choose this hotel for future visits.

I like getting to this hotel especially because I feel very relaxed and calm during my stay, the rooms are very comfy, clean comfortable and above all, plus you always have the extra details that are sometimes necessary as are the iron , creams, shampoo, toothpaste, brush, rake, etc.. The breakfast also are rich and healthy. Another good point is that the lobby is always coffee available anytime.

Unfortunately this time I do not have good comments over my stay on Toluca. I reserved 3 rooms. Mine had a strong smell of humidity coming out from the shower curtain.
Another room reserved as non-smoking was awarded to us as smoking one.
In general the attitude of personal on counter laked interest not only to us but in general to the clients waiting for some answer for the different problems that they had the day we entered to the hotel.

good location to the mall, lots of taxi service, room was clean and lots of hottttt water. Got a good nights sleep
Internet was slower than most hotels but acceptable for e-mail. Dont try and watch a movie on netflix....lol
problem , toiltet was running 24 hours a day untl you removed lid and pushed down on flapper. Advised desk clerk, did not care and did not fix.
As in previous reviews, they are correct, you need your door key card reprogramed several times during your stay.
Around 8-830 am, forget about the elevators , the hotel cleaning staff takes them over, your better off using the stairs.
All in all a good hotel, it could be a very good hotel if the hotel staff cared a bit more about the customers.

This is a quality HIE hotel in an excellent location, not far from the airport, near the industrial park, and next door to a very nice mall. there are many good places to eat, all within walking distance. The only negative is the breakfast was disappointing, with cold coffee and warm milk the norm.

Algo que me incomodó sobre manera durante mi estancia fue que en tres ocasiones en la mañana 8.30am me tocaron al cuarto para pasar a cambiar las cortinas de la regadera. Mi estancia fue de descanso y el despertarme me molestó bastante.

- Maids knock and open the door even if you hang on the "Don't disturb" label
- The lock was not working correctly, it remained open #room 1002#, until closing the door 4 or 5 times the lock worked, someone could've enter mi room if I hadn't noticed it
- Lots of taxi drivers sitting in the main entrance bothering if I need a cab
- TV shuts itself down without any action #room 1002#, I checked it and no sleep timer was set on it
- Air conditioning really noisy #room 1009#
- As Priority Club Gold Member I wasn't recognized when checked in
- Rates are overpriced by 30 or 35 dlls
Apart from these points, everything is just perfect !!!

During my last stay, there were several items missing from my room - alarm clock, remote control and bathroom wastebasket. During my last 3 stays I have had problems with the electronic keys not working, usually after the first night.

Difficulty getting the attention of one of the four desk clerks to even check in, more going on between them than interest in customers. Booked a suite to gaurantee non-smoking room. Two queen beds crammed in a standard room does not make a suite. As mentined by others, pillows were terrible and room was only marginally cleaned many days. Extremely overpriced. Breakfast was average, best service was clearing tables, to make room for waiting customers. No adjustments made for busy times or slack times. Laundry was always an adventure - at least one in the party had to buy all new clothes since the hotel could not find them. Arrangement for taxi was hit or miss, more often a complete miss. Even after two weeks, the front desk made promises they just couldn't keep. Language barrier, incompetence, or zero interest in customer service? If there was a business floor or amenities for frequent travelers, they were not offered. The pool was absolutely disgusting - if you are not going to keep it clean, close it. Venting the laundry to the pool area is also probably not the best idea ever. Changing the carpets in the elevators should not involve asphyxiating the clientele for the next several days. The previous month, I stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Toluca for three weeks - upgrades, front desk service, breakfast, total cost, everything much better. The only reason to even try this Express is because the mall is right across the parking lot. If you are working all day anyway, don't stay here.

I spoke to the front desk on 4 different occasions due to my room not having a remote control when i checked in. I was NEVER given one even after 3 calls and 1 visit to the front desk! I ended up not watching any TV the entire time due to not being able to turn on the TV without a remote.
Also, rooms are a dated. Will not stay here again!

I would't stay here if I had a choice! On the first day, I had to change rooms 3 times to get a good room. The "new" wing has problems with the air conditioning. I complained a number of times, but they still couldn't fix the problem. I finally got a room that the air worked, but had no clock. It took them 4 days later to get me a clock. No HOT water in the mornings, just warm. I've stayed there 2 different times now. I will not stay there again. Poor hotel.
