Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good location, friendly staff I think Holiday Inn Express does a good job and the IHG rewards program is one of the better ones out there. The Warwick hotel was above average in quality, cleanliness, and staff friendliness and at a lower cost than other HIE locations. Like most hotels, the quality of the toilet paper was unacceptable and the water pressure in the shower was woefully insufficient. It's too bad that hotels choose to cut corners in these areas since they are quite important to many travelers and could be corrected at a nominal cost to the hotel. January 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely hotel with great staff! We had a delightful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Warwick. At the recommendation of the wonderful front desk clerk, we took advantage of the complimentary shuttle service to a local restaurant and our our driver was friendly and prompt when picking us up! The room was modern and comfortable. Although the hotel is close to the highway and the airport, we did not hear a plane or a car. Great spot and a tremendous value. January 14, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Warwick The front desk staff was excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the breakfast. It served stale bread and muffins and the eggs were very dry. Much different than other HIs I have stayed at. January 12, 2015

I think it's one of the best places to stay and i like, i stay here at least twice a month but lately price increased and breakfast items decreased, you guys don't have the puree anymore and that is dissapointing because your breakfast was just fine. Now i payed more and ate less, other than that i love your hotel if you can fix those two things i'll be happy to continue doing business with you. THANKS Also as an IHG rewards member when i signed up a while ago they told me i was gonna get couple of water bottles everytime i stayed, and they did it the first time but after that no special service whatsoever.
