I checked in late on Monday night and felt the customer service was not very good. I told them i was an IGH member and asked for water and was charged 2.00. Usually this is free to a member. I gave them my card to make sure they put the points on my card and they wrote it on my bill. when i checked out they still did not have that i was a member. I had to ask them again to please put the points on my card.

It is frustrating to finish a long day of travel and then find that your hotel's wireless will be down the entire time you are there and that the exercise equipment is of very poor quality. Nevertheless, I compliment the staff for doing their best. Management needs to invest more in its physical plant

-Easy access to the airport and rental car companies!
-Hotel staff and particularly the shuttle drivers were very helpful and friendly!
-We'll be staying here on the next trip and look forward to the same wonderful service.

Everything was as advertised. Wifi was very slow, but the hotel and room was very comfortable.

Had a lovely time at hotel. Staff attentive to needs. General feel of hotel was welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A great value.

Upon Check-in, front desk manager assisted desk clerk who was very professional and provided excellent service. We ahd 2 rooms made on 1 reservation. 10 minutes after check in I asked the FD manager for the room number of my friends (second room), who hadnt arrived yet. She asked for my photo ID, guess I was long forgotten in 10 minutes. Then refused to give me the room number for safety and security. I had checked in the room, flashed my confirmation with his name on it, and she wouldnt budge. I am all in favor of safety, but this was nuts. She wouldnt give my room number to my friend either when he checked in,
She needs to change her personality and line of work. Service and customer contact are not in her skill set.
