The overall stay was great. I felt that the mold should not be allowed to stay on the side of the bathtub. I am sure that handle on the faucet should have been noticed, and reported by housekeeping.Paris

We stayed in this hotel with a few other families for an archery event in the area. This place has gone downhill in cleanliness, service, and maintenance of the building in less than a year. My family and I stayed in this hotel eights months ago for another sporting event, and it was clean. When we came back to stay a week ago, the room we stayed at smelled like smoke and it was supposed to be a non smoking room, and there was a dark stain around the toilet. The fitness room smelled so bad, I was not able to work out. The elevator was broken. The kids who came with us was hoping to swim in the pool, and the pool did not even have water.
We should have known the stay was not going to be good when we checked in and was given a regular double bed room when we booked for a double bed suite. We normally stay in suites instead of room because of all the equipment we bring when we travel, so we were insistent on getting the room we booked for. The receptionist gave us the reasoning that their suites has been booked since the beginning of the week. We informed her that we have booked for this room a couple of months ago so her reasoning that they sold out during the beginning of the week on their suites is not going to fly. She told us that the double bed room is the only one she can offer us, but that she will adjust the pricing from the suite to the double bed room pricing, and nothing else to compensate for them selling the room that we already booked two months ago.
Needless to say, one of us ended up staying in a friend's room, so we can have a comfortable stay.
When we got home, I noticed our credit card was charged more than what we were supposed to pay for the double bed suite, so I called the customer service to find out why. While I was explaining to the customer service representative what I was calling about, she kept on interrupting me, and not letting me finish what I was wanting to say, so I asked for her supervisor. That was the point where she finally shut up, and started listening.
This has been one of the worst experience we've had in a hotel. My family and I will definitely not going to stay in this hotel ever again and will not recommend for any of our friends to stay in it.

The King Suite is a wonderful room. Very clean and comfortable. We never used the wifi, but all else worked as it should.
