Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 2nd Time staying here Wasn't really impressed with this hotel...thought i would give them a second chance......there will never be a third.... 1) The water has a brown tint to it---this is a known issue in Monroe----it can be fixed at hotel....water filtration system will fix this issue 2) Water so very acidic...felt like it was burning my skin in shower ---fix: water filtration system 3) Wasnt greeted as a spire elite member---this is your rule not mine 4) Was given room.....went to room and the door was standing wife open, sheets and comforter was all balled up on bed....went back down stairs and advised front desck associate....Associate did give another room 5) Second room was rather difficult to control climate.....the thermostate did not control the HVAC system 6) Room was priced out at $160/night....when i checked other hotels in area I was told they were all booked up...asked the front desk associate if they were booked up....associate advised they were not full.....also could not use rewards night here In Conclusion, I will not stay at this particular IHG hotel ever again....and I recommend that no one else should either November 18, 2015

The breakfast had a decent amount to choose from but the juice was GREAT the first day, OK the second day and WATERY my last day. The only REAL issue I had was with the wifi. November 4, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Comforatable and relaxing I would recommend this facility to everyone. The staff was very professional and courteous. The beds were very comfortable, room was very clean. I have stayed at this location multiple times and every time I had the same customer experience. I'm a IHG rewards member and for all of the reason above is why I stay with the Holiday inn.
