Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Can't go wrong here. I have so many wonderful things to say about my stay here!!! Where do I begin.. Upon arrival I was greeted by two very friendly ladies at the front desk that made my arrival very pleasant. The manager Michelle went over and beyond for me in assisting me with everything I needed. Then there was an employee that was off the clock waiting for her ride to pick her up sitting on the bench outside. I was having an issue with my rental car and while dealing with that I hit my head on the door, she came over to make sure I was ok and then proceeded to assist me with the questions that I had. Her name is Dartnie. These two ladies made my stay at this location a very pleasant one. The room was outstanding along with my stay. When I am in the area again I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for showing you care above and beyond the time clock. November 17, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Moldy smell Moldy smell obvious in common areas and intense in both our initial room and the room they moved us to. Rooms poorly laid out, with closet nook so small that two of us had to jam our clothing in tightly. Fire alarm chirped all night. Poorly maintained facility. November 17, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hard to find a better Staff I travel once a week for work and have been in Florida the last 4 months I try and stay at a Holiday Inn Express or and IHG hotel. Mostly at the Holiday Inn Express. This was one of the best stays I have had at any Holiday Inn Express. The manager was Awesome and the other lady at the counter was very nice as well. What really shocked me was the female worker that was off and was outside waiting for her ride. she saw I was having some issues and had hit my head on the car door and she came over to make sure I was ok and asked was there anything she could do to help. The next morning she was working and just as the night before she was fantastic her and the manager. I will stay here again when I am in the area. You will not be let down if you stay here. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed The only saving grace from my stay was the friendliness of the staff. The friendliness of the staff did not, however, help with the absolutely horrendous mattress and pitiful shower pressure. I've stayed at many different hotels and I have never experienced back pain in the morning. Now I have and it was not pleasant. The pain lasted most of the day and by the time I felt a little better, I was back on the mattress for more agony. Add to that, showering was a major headache. The shower pressure was so low that it took forever to get the shampoo out of my relatively short hair. I've seen commercials that talk about people feeling refreshed after a stay at the Holiday Inn Express - well it must not have been this location. On top of that, there were virtually no healthy options on the minimal breakfast spread and there was a 6 or 7 year old computer that would not print. Like I noted, the only shining star was a very qualified, professional and friendly staff. Unfortunately, that could not make up for an otherwise horrendous experience. November 10, 2014
