Upon arrival at this Holiday Inn Express, I was very impressed with the hotel condition and the clerk that checked us in, however when we returned later that night and attemped to sleep, the air conditioner vibrated so bad when the compressor kicked on it was like having a truck idling in your room all night. Turning off the A/C was not an options because the temp would rise. Got so bad we checked out at 5:00 AM, when I went to turn in my key card and get the bill, couldn't find the new clerk, who finally wondered out from somewhere and looked upset that I was calling for someone. I advised him why we were checking out and the problem, but he seemed uninterested or concerned and didn't bother to either offer something like a discount or a discount for another night somewhere. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible service I travel a lot for my job and always stay at holiday inn express because we have a business account set up with them. This is by far the worst holiday inn I have ever stayed out. The gentleman running the front desk was absolutely clueless. He could barely speak English which was a big enough barrier. I walked to the counter with IHG rewards card, license and credit card I booked the room with. It took over an hour to get checked in because he didn't know how to use the computers. He also was trying to help everyone else that walked up before finishing my transaction. If you are on top of your game I would have no issue with this but he would have to start over with me every time he was distracted because he would lose track of where he was. The staffing was horrible. I attempted to check out but it was such a disaster I stayed one night. I then checked out the following day when I was supposed to be staying for at least a week. The room I was in wasn't much better. The walls were paper thin and lots of parties going on. I asked multiple times to have the desk contact the room and ask them to quiet down just a bit to no avail. I leave many reviews with all the traveling I do and this is I believe the first negative I have left for holiday inn. I would not recommend this hotel. June 30, 2014

The biggest issue was....hotel guest had a DOG in great room lobby (on sofa) GROSS. A fellew hotel guest and I wanted to watch the HBA championship game and couldn't due to that dog sitting on sofa. The dog owner, dog, and dog bed took up the whole sofa in front on TV. The hotel clerk did nothing, except play on her cell phone. TV in room 207 is too dark to properly view No hot water one night, and next morning. June 17, 2014

Complimentary breakfast is served daily. You are served fresh variety of coffee, teas, pastries, biscuits, eggs, sausage, waffle, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and fresh fruit. Local shops like Palm Beach Outlet, Walmart, Target, Chick Fillet, Red Lobster, downtown City Place with popular shops like H&M, Macys, Banana Republic, Brio, BB King, Blue Martini, the Comedy Club, the Theatre, and live Concerts. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bathroom shower had no pressure and leaked if u put it the wrong way. Th king sized bed we had was hard and the bed frame made noises every time you moved. We left on the Saturday morning around 8:30-9:00 and returned around 4:00-4:30 and our room had not been done. I went down to ask for new towels and was questioned by the front desk staff about when we left. She implies that they started cleaning around 8-830 and that we missed it. I feel personally that they should start refurbishing the hotel floor by floor. We stayed there'd two years ago and I feel it has declined since then. The hotel was great for sleeping as it was quiet. April 16, 2014

Rooms were acceptable and the breakfast choices and breakfast staff were very good. Level of politeness of the front desk staff varied greatly from outstanding to unacceptable. My family and I travel to West Palm Beach to participate in Amway (Team Global) Convention. We spent a little time in the hotel, but on this small time we could appraise: clean and organize hotel, employees very polite and helpful, very good parking availability, excellent access from parking to inside the hotel. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not my best experience... I recently had an overnight stay while I was on a business trip and was less than impressed with the facility. From the start my room was on the third floor and when I got there the room key didn't work and I had to lug all by bags back to the front desk to try again. The air conditioner didn't work well and my room was uncomfortably warm the entire night. I got in the shower the next morning to find that the tub would only drain if you held the stopper up with your hand, so I was ankle deep in shower water by the time I had washed my hair. As much as I paid to stay one night, I really expected a little more. Also, in the room I couldn't find any information on local restaurants and was left to just strike out into the unknown in hopes of finding dinner. The staff was nice, but I felt that the facility was far beneath the standard I've come to expect duo thus hotel chain. March 1, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by How Platinum guests are treated? My brother and I stayed at this property from January 4 - 11, 2014 and I could not believe the number of issues we had. When we checked in, we were given a room where the air conditioner did not work properly, and we were told that they were sold out and to open a window as maintenance staff was not available. When we spoke with the front desk, they said they would credit 15,000 points back for the inconvenience (this still has not occurred). We had our Do Not Disturb sign hung on the outside of the door one day and left for the day. When we returned the DND was placed on the inside of the door and we noticed that the beds had been made. Housekeeping had apparently entered the room with the DND on the door. Even then, the linens were not changed, or the trash taken out, the maid simply made the bed. Personal items were moved and we found ants on one of the beds. We addressed this with the front desk and were provided with stained sheets to change the linens ourselves.The day before we checked out, I spoke with the Michelle at the front desk who said that she would speak with the General Manager to make this right and they offered 15,000 points. I asked for the General Manager to call me and have called the hotel and left messages for both he and further response. I cannot believe that any guest, let alone a Platinum member, would be treated this way. The hotel was not very clean, the staff was unprofessional, and they have failed to make things right nearly 2 weeks after we checked out. Poor all around customer service. January 21, 2014
