The Tee Tree Spa is a refreshing and fabulous experience. The spa features a diversity of soothing spa menus. I will definitely return to enjoy the refreshing sanctuary at The Tee Tree Spa. Our kids liked the pool more than anything else we did in Batam. The onsite Thai restaurant had some delicious curry. We were very pleased with our stay. April 9, 2015

He was attentive to our needs considering this was our 2nd stay and we brought along our kids. We really appreciate his concern and he is the best. From day 1 till the day we checked out, he was always there for us. The room was upgraded because we brought our kids and it was nice of the hotel to do this considering it was also the peak period being the Easter day holiday. The kids enjoyed the pool and playroom. The Spa service was excellent. However, the shuttle service could be better as the Hotel van was packed when they fetch us from BCS around 1800hrs. Luckily it could squeezed the 5 of us. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent getaway location in Batam! I am glad that I chose Holiday Inn Resort as my short getaway with my brother and family. This has been a long overdue visit as I last visited the resort only when it was newly opened many years ago. Nevertheless, the resort overall still quite the same and did not disappoint me. Staff are still very friendly and helpful especially the front desk Manager who really helped me all the way to secure my ferry tickets as it was a peak Sunday afternoon. I booked a 2br suite but a little disappointed only with the main shower where I felt the water pressure rather too low. I also had a hillview room which I was also sad but since it is only 1 night stay so I just leave with it. I will surely return when there is another chance. April 8, 2015
