Great staff attitude and great place to chill and relax. However, in-room amenities seems to be alittle to used up. The flushing system in the bathroom as well as the sink having a leakage issue.
These are some set back but overall it is a great stay!

Overall experience is still pleasant as the breakfast buffet spread is good and pool is well kept. Try their karaoke which is very disappointing as the songs choices are limited, not up to date and some are not original. Surprise that they have a game rooms which is very thoughtful but a few more console would really be great as plenty of kids around and everyone is fighting over it. Quality of food definitely must look into it as some food are served cold or warm and not hot. Tastes of the food is not really up to my expectation for a 4 star resort as well.

Staff were all very attentive and polite and did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one
The food was of a high standard and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had.
Thanks to all the staff for making our stay an enjoyable one

This is our second time staying in Holiday Inn Batam. Given an offers with massage in Tea Tree Spa was really worth it. Nice ambient for relaxing and far away from the busy and noisy town. Great service. Staff are friendly, helpful and warm. Thank you very much.

The place is not crowded even on weekend with lots of room for moving around for adults and kids.
Communication between front desk staff can be improved though. I personally went to confirm on my late check-out on the day of departure, but I received a call at 1pm asking why I havent checked-out. This call actually disturbed my children's nap and was frustrating.

I could not aquire local currency at hotel for taxi and the hotel was in a area that the ITM was a good distance away and I would need to go out of hotel grounds to aquire local currency and in the location of Batam Indonesia it was a risk to aquire cash at ITM and then walk back to hotel.
