Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Reasonable comment We recently stayed in your hotel and have to say that your staff through out the whole hotel were friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We actually booked out of season for a quiet holiday and while we enjoyed ourselves I must say that filling your hotel with conferences and package holidays to fill the out of season period is very detrimental to your full paying guests. I appreciate that the Hotel need to pay its way, but this means that for the first few days and the last 4 days, the hotel was noisy, the breakfast room was unusable, so was the pool during the morning and the lobby in the evening was fill of children running around out of control. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by overall memorable stay Hotel Stay is memorable and warm welcome extended by the staff. The website information about shuttle bus facility from airport to hotel is misleading. Madrsi cafe food is exotic ,enjoyable,however Cost of buffe breakfast /buffe lunch and buffe dinner is on higher side. Room is very comfy n relaxing. Mosquitos in the room when the aircon is switched on(honestly can't correlate). Resort beach side lacks aesthetics. Wish there are water fun sports/activities.As this hotel is very remote in south goa ,one must depend on taxi facilities for sight seeing which for sure ,burns the wallet. As a Holiday Inn loyal customer ,i enjoyed the indoor stay,provided myself not overlooking the complements that I enjoyed in Other holiday inn hotels outside India. November 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful location and lobby. Need to update the rooms and booking staff. The property is a great one with a beautiful lobby and pool facing a great beach. Although I found the rooms not matching the level of maintenance as per other parts of the resort. I was getting better stay prices from the online portal, but I preferred booking directly with the resort in hope of getting better interaction and clear requirements. But, my experience was not that pleasant and I was very dubious about the service. Also, I had clearly mentioned my priorities for the room, but those were completely ignored. (Even though the mail responses were in the same thread) However, the inadequacies of the room made me to explore the resort more and enjoy the other parts. Also, the service was very good and all the persons were very polite and helpful (except for the check-in part mentioned who bluntly said that they did not get any preference). I enjoyed my stay, and saw the hospitality on offer for the special occasions (special birthday dinners etc. for another guest). I think all this will surely propel me to suggest the resort to other friends. Please change the meal card as it is too old fashioned and a nuisance to carry. November 17, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Resort let down by poor customer service I stayed here for one night 10th November, first time i have stayed at a Holiday Inn resort. This beautiful Hotel has amazing open lobby with fatastic view of grounds and the sea, The pool area and grounds are excellent very nice relaxing enviroment. Rooms were ok, could probably do with a refurb, bathrooms a bit dated. Unless visiting this hotel as part of a package i found cost of drinks and meals expensive, European prices in the Hotel wher if you visit bars and resturants outside the hotel prices are considerably cheaper with as good a quality.. I found the customer service below average when compared to the Holiday Inn Mumbai Airport that is excellent. Recognition of IHG rewards members was non excistent and found the benifits to members very lacking. IHG rewards members only get one device per room which is a bit dated considering most IHG Hotels allow 3 devices, if you want more you have to pay. Overall a lovely hotel let down by poor customer service. November 14, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by lovely holiday experience I stayed at Holiday Inn goa in Nov 14 for 4 days . I was visting goa with my hubby and one year old son. I must say staying at this property was a memorable experience. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful . The room was well done and the washrrom was up to the mark. I would like to make a special mention of the beach grill and the Fig and olive restaurent, Both offered excellent dining expereince. The Staff gladly accepted my request of getting the food from Fig and olive layed out at the beach grill as me and my hubby had different cusine preferences. Overall a great place to spend holidays with something for everyone.. great pool and activity room for the kids, beach side candle light dinner with live music for the romantic soul in me November 13, 2014

At least provide complimentary breakfast to IHG members to make the resort more professional. The staff must be bit polite with IHG members to make them feel homely. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by beach to adore The setting for this hotel is idyllic and the beach just lovely. I found the staff helpful and polite. I was troubled by noise on the first night, much of it coming from a restaurant which was nearly empty. They did offer to move my room but I wonder is such a lovely place why it is felt it needs to be like a disco. I thought the food was expensive and not that good. I struggled to find Indian food. Happily there were several good beach places to each. Sitting on the wonderful beach (with good lifeguards) peace was again disturbed by maintenance work and the smell of painting. Perhaps that's why I sat alone for quite a part of the day! In some ways I found it all a bit disorganised, when I arrived at the beach I was told to go back to the pool to get a towel. The fitness centre had equipment not working and once there was a young boy there which I felt unsafe. The room was fine but the bathroom quite dated but everything worked and was clean. It took the IT guy 30 minutes to connect my iPad, which might have been easier. The spa was great but pricey, more so than some Mumbai hotels. In my view this could be a great hotel but it isn't yet.
