I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Sometimes you aren't sure what you are getting whenever you find a great room rate. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the beds were the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. The resort has lots of great things for the kids to do.. nice pool, poolside games, game room and movie showings in the lobby. I wish we could have stayed longer and definitely plan to stay there everytime we come back to Disney!

This is my favorite location to stay in the Orlando/Lake Buena Vista area for business or pleasure.
The rooms are fantastic and everyone on the Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Overall: Great service, great property, spacious rooms, and delicious food provided by Applebee’s.
I will definitely come back!

The employees were extremely nice and accommodating. I loved how there was a lot of stuff to do for kids. They have an arcade room, computer room, and a kiddie area in the pool section. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and the room was very clean and really nice. I will defiantly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I was lied to by a staff member on the phone when I made our reservation, he told me the hotel had an INDOOR pool, when it did NOT. My children were very dissatisfied with this as it was very cold in Florida the 4 days we stayed there. Also it is not convenient at all to go from your room to the main lobby, you have to go outside every time. I complained to the front desk about the pool problem and no one even tried to make any change to the price due to their lie.

I made the mistake in staying here on business; should have known my mistake right away when they didn't acknowledge my Platinum level status; second they made no attempt to let me know that there was resort fee for pools etc; now let's be real, this hotel is not a resort...it is a hotel that happens to be close to Disneyworld and the management figured out a way to add more fees. When I brought the fee to the attention of the front desk the next morning and inquired why I had an extra, the front desk was very flip and said everyone has to pay it no matter if they use the facilities or not; OK then management stop horsing around and put this in your hotel charges if its mandatory. Again I will not be back.

Great location 5 minutes from Disney. Kids had plenty to do on site and parents could wind down from a hectic day. On site restaurant is a real plus. Our party of 11 truly enjoyed the stay.
Rooms were very large and adjoining romms were a hit with the grandkids; they had never seen this arrangement, but this is an older property that has been well refurbished, Would definately recommend.
