This hotel was great! Nestled closely to Downtown Asheville (walking distance) where there are so many locally owned restaurants. I ordered room service for breakfast two days and the food was amazing. The omelet with turkey sausage, kale, mushrooms and cheese is a must eat for anyone staying in this establishment. The staff members are friendly and offers many suggestions for things to do in Asheville. The first night the bed seemed a little uncomfortable but slept very well the next night. I love the eclectic design of the hotel. The shower is huge. They offer Aveda products (shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps), which are good quality products. There were plenty of towels. They even have a hairdryer that is not attached to the wall. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

A disappointment from the start...
Body hairs in tub and shower,
Coffee still in coffee machine,
Water Carafe not even changed,
Thermostat not working properly,
And oh yes...this was all in the PENTHOUSE Suite...
Total bust...planned to stay 3 nights...checked out after the first.

The place to stay in Asheville. Atop Battery Hill, short walk to Grove Arcade, Asheville Pinball Museum, Wall Street, and dozens of night spots. Well done.

We wanted a hotel central enough to walk everywhere in the city. This was perfect. Free parking and WiFi. Nice touch of welcome bag of goodies in room. Evening snacks and drinks in the lobby were always good.
A little skimpy on bath towels. Only 3 towels for a room with two queen beds and one morning We were only given two towels - not enough for 3 women who use extra towels for our hair. They quickly provided them when I called. I left a note with my daily tip for the housekeeper the next morning asking for 4 towels and still only got 3.
Otherwise a great place.

This is a quality hotel! The staff cares about the comfort of your stay. Polite, respectful and willing are three words that describe the character of the people that work there. 3 nights/4 days of quality service.
Great location, quality rooms, great breakfast, and top-notch service. I will return.

Jack, the chef who made my omelet on January 16th was the best ever. It was full of spinach, cheese and homemade sausage. I was full for the entire day from all the protein. The waitress was fabulous by having a to go cup of coffee ready with my ticket. Can't wait to go back!

Hotel Indigo provided my daughter and me a great place for a three-day visit to Asheville. Not too expensive, close to town, and with a lovely view--a satisfying experience. The internet in the room didn't work properly--that was the only glitch. A friendly place.

High class living is affordable at the Hotel Indigo. Every inch of the hotel is quality. From the beds to the bath, everything is well kept and stocked. The cleanliness of every inch of the room is as new. And believe me I check. I look forward to another stay in the spring.
