This new hotel is quite unique, i travel a lot around the world hence i have been told i should stay here one night. Meanwhile i stayed 10 nights. Front deskstaff very friendly and helpful, well trained i must say so. Love the lobby and the design in front of the elevator, but don't understand why there is a smell where they should do something about it. I have not tried breakfast nor dinner at the hotel.Rooms are excellent and most important i love the mattress. Thy should create a bit more space in the bath room to put down your own stuff. Nice Gym and swimming pool. Location wise is it up to each individual, for me very inconvienient tough 5 min walk from the BTS also the surrounded area is not very exiting at night. Still i'll go back.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Yendi interesting architecture, tasteful design and some outstanding service
Having stayed at this hotel for 4 nights was an overall good experience. As most newly open hotel there are teething problems but nothing which could ruin your stay there.
Checkin procedure a bit chaotic and confusing but in the end
all issues settled.
Room is typically Indigo , stylish with an eye for details.
Restaurant at a satisfactory level for the food and the service staff
are one of the best I ever met ay a IHG property.
The only real negative touch is my checking out experience which was done the evening prior our early morning departure.
Booked and settled an airport limousine by then, but the next morning no car , no evidence at the computer and last but not
least no reimbursement of the 1.500 TBH till now, even I tried
to contact the respective hotel staff several times by mail and telephone, shouldn't be like this...
All in all a nice alternative to the existing hotel scenery in BKK.

Overall hotel is quite nice. Room looks fancy. Swimming pool is bit small. Room facing the main road is very noisy.
