Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great American Truck Show Hotel was great. I very much want to applaud the staff for doing an exceptional job in making the stay awesome. I downgraded the sleep area a bit. The room was very comfortable but...between loud guests in the hallway-piercing into the room... and the 4 o'clock in the morning...nocturnal activities....with the sounds easily crossing over into the room...not so much for me. I plan to stay again and I understand they are adding sound-proofing. The other thing was one working elevator? August 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service but... The room and hotel as a whole was a refreshing designing, the staff was very attentive but the mattress was very saggy. We started on the bed but by the end of the night my wife was on the couch and I was on the floor. I know IHG does better than this so I was very surprised when we were either hanging off the sides of the bed or rolling into the middle. I would recommend this property; I would just make sure the bed is not old before you settle in. August 28, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not what we expected The room we booked was not available (King Suite) and we were offered a Queen Suite and two drink vouchers at the bar. Front desk girl was very quick and polite. The room was clean and comfortable, with some evidence of the building being very old. The drinks were acceptable, bartender was very quick and kind. I was surprised to find that we were charged for the King Suite even though that is not the room we received. We did not pursue getting the problem solved as we were on a tight schedule. Overall, it was a good experience. August 27, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Wasn't a fan of this hotel Staff was excellent...helpful, attentive, friendly. Everything you'd expect. That said, the hotel itself was a letdown. Based on the pics online, hotel appeared to be a chic, contemporary hotel in downtown Dallas. Once checked in, hotel revealed what it was...an older hotel with a fresh coat of brightly colored paint. Was the hotel horrible? Absolutely not...we just weren't impressed with the value vs. quality. Would have rather spent $50 more a night on a different hotel downtown. August 26, 2014
