Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Friendly staff My residence of choice when doing business in this area. The staff is very accommodating in meeting my expectations of top-notch customer service. Facility is located near major sites of interest and is comfortable. The TV cable and internet services in the room surpasses those of hotels costing much more. The location of the facility makes it easy to get to the attractions in the local area such as Disneyland, the Crystal Cathedral, and other SoCal points of interest. 17. Januar 2015

It is close to every thing - I 5 and the 22 and the 57 which in the LA are the main highways to any place you need to go. The Motel is in a quite and safe area. The Staff are great as they all make an extra effort to make you feel comfortable. The motel is well maintained and the beds are great to sleep in. Like most others who have reviewed this is as good as it gets for the value. Thanks, this is how motels are supose to be run. I look forward to staying hear again. 16. Januar 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Convenient This is a comfortable and convenient hotel. Nice rooms with good kitchens for quick easy meals. Large bathrooms, lots of storage if long term stays. Top floor is best to give more quite due to noise from footsteps on floor. 13. Januar 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by great place to stay either short or long term I like a place that has the amenities of home, such as a kitchen and a refrigerator. I enjoyed staying there. Their beds are very comfortable and clean. The suite met our expectations. I'm very pleased and will be doing most of my future stays with Candlewood Suites. 8. Januar 2015

Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Good Value, Clean Rooms, Some Issues. We have stayed at this hotel before in the past couple of years and been very satisfied. However this time was a little different. The biggest issue that we had was that we stayed for 4 nights and when asked about getting the room serviced after the second night were told that they normally don't service the rooms until you leave or on the 7th day if you are staying longer than that. I don't remember that policy from when we stayed there before. The other issue is that the rooms were paid for with my IHG points, and when I checked out my bill showed a balance of $0. When I got home after the trip and checked my credit card there was a charge. I called and was told it was a mistake and would be taken off within 48-72 hours. With the holidays we gave it a little longer, but after a week it had not been removed. I called and spoke with another person at the hotel and they apologized for the problem and got the charge reversed the next day. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable, kitchenette was great as we had a full size refrigerator which was nice since we brought some of our own food for breakfast. Still a good place to stay. 5. Januar 2015
Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Bad first night experience First night was overbooked and we were given 2 rooms that slept 4 when we had 8 people. Not a good situation. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth especially when I found out the next day they had 4 rooms total they could have put us in instead of the 2 rooms we booked ahead of time that had sofa/sleepers in each. 5.
