    Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent first time stay at this IHG branded facility. I would recommend this hotel for a business traveler. Excellent facilities and very, very good service staff. I really never met any management. I did see plenty of them walking around and enjoying the service of the staff. I spend my life on the road and travel over 300 days per year. The service personnel of this hotel are outstanding. Management needs to interact with customers instead of polishing there cars and feeling more elite than their customer. Some of the management were treated to better service than me in the Executive Lounge when they received platters of food to impress their friends and family. I would let management know that they are only needed in their duties if they interact with their guest. Never once during my stay did management recognize me, greet me or talk to me. It seems to me that they are the most important people at this hotel. They treat this hotel as their home and that I am just a guest that is just tolerated. Thank you for allowing me this input. I wish there was a selection in this review that I could rate management. Selfish, elite and prudes. Talk and relate to the service individuals and you will have a memorable stay. 19 September 2014
