Dining Deals – Paytm First Membership Promotion

To be eligible to participate in the ""Dining Deals - Paytm First Membership"" promotional offer (the ""Offer""), an individual must enroll in the IHG One Rewards programme through the Landing Page ihg.com/IndiaDiningOffer during the promotion period, which is between 1 August 2025 and 20 October 2025 (both dates inclusive). The First 4,500 enrolments on this Landing Page will be awarded Free Paytm First Membership voucher. The Paytm First Membership is awarded in addition to the standard IHG One Rewards points award for your Dining or Qualifying Stay. 

The Offer can only be redeemed once during the Offer Period by the member who was invited to participate. A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Offer are subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. After enrolling for IHG One Rewards programme, please allow up to 10 days to receive your Free Paytm First voucher code.

If a user has an active First Membership they will not be able to activate a new First Membership or extend the existing First Membership.

IHG may withdraw points from a member's account if they were deposited into the member's account in error and may not award the Paytm First Membership Voucher or revoke all points in a member's account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process or the Terms of this Offer. IHG also expressly reserves the right to remove a member's points, downgrade their status, cancel a member's account or not award the Paytm First Membership Voucher if fraudulent activity in connection with the Offer is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member's account, this Offer, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG's interpretation of the Offer and these Terms and Conditions will control, and IHG also reserves right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Offer. This Offer is valid only for individuals residing in India. 

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. 

Dining Discounts

The IHG One Rewards Member food and beverage discount is applicable at participating restaurants and bars at IHG® hotels and is available till 30 December 2025 for all IHG One Rewards members dining at IHG® hotels located in India, with or without a stay at the participating hotel. IHG One Rewards Club, Silver Elite and Gold Elite Members receive a discount of 25% on eligible food, beverages and dining and Platinum Elite Members, Diamond Elite Members & InterContinental Ambassadors receive a discount of 30% on eligible food, beverages and dining consumed at participating restaurants and bars. If there are higher publicly available discounts available at the participating restaurants and bars, the member will be eligible to receive the higher discount.

The discount is applicable for a maximum of 8 people (including the Rewards Member) dining per member per meal per bill. Only one membership may be used per meal per bill.

This discount is only available for IHG One Rewards members. Member needs to be present for the entirety of the meal and must pay for the bill in person. The member must verify their membership with presentation of a valid Rewards membership app, card or virtual card. Discount must be processed at the time of paying bill and cannot be applied retrospectively or through other outlets or areas of the hotel.

Dining discounts are subject to advance reservations and availability. Dining discounts are available at all meal periods in all participating outlets unless otherwise specified. Black out dates and exclusion periods may apply and vary for each participating restaurant and bar and may include but not be limited to festive occasions and public holidays – enquire at the participating hotel prior to making a reservation.

Discount excludes alcoholic beverages, meals included within a room rate, seasonal menus, in-room dining, banquets, groups and events bookings, banquet, in-room minibar or any private dining rooms unless otherwise stipulated. Discount is not available on cigarettes, flowers, gift and other non-food and beverage items.

To be eligible for the discount, a minimum spend might apply at certain restaurants and bars which will be notified to you by participating restaurants and bars.

Taxes, gratuities and service charges are not included in the discount unless otherwise specified.

Value of the discount must be verified by the member at the time of paying the bill and will not be amended once payment has been made.

Dining discounts are not applicable in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, promotions, membership program benefits and voucher usage unless otherwise specified.

For IHG One Rewards members who are staying in the hotel or resort, food and beverage consumption during the stay must be charged under the room folio of member’s room in order for IHG One Rewards points to be earned. Points will be applied to the dining spend after the applicable discount has been applied and before taxes and service charge are applied where applicable.

The membership discount can be used both for member’s stay or non-stay dining, cannot be used in conjunction with member welcome amenities, food & beverage credit or any other food & beverage promotions or programs.

Discount has no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged or refunded for any monetary value or return.

IHG One Rewards Dining Points

IHG One Rewards members will earn 100 bonus points per minimum spend of USD $10. The points allocation is fixed and is not variable according to membership tier.

Points will be calculated only on spend after other discounts have been applied, and will be calculated only on spend before tax.

To qualify, members should produce their IHG One Rewards or IHG One Rewards app. Points can only be earned by one member per bill.

This spend does not include tobacco or shisha purchases.

IHG® and participating hotels, restaurants and bars reserve the right to discontinue or change the above promotions at any time. Participating restaurants or bars are subject to change with or without notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG® and participating hotels reserve the right of interpretation of these promotions.

First Membership powered by Paytm

First Membership by Paytm is an exclusive membership that gives you access to a wide range of benefits, including:

The First Membership is owned and managed by Paytm and can be accessed on the Paytm App only. IHG has no control over the Membership subscription, activation of codes, fulfilment of offers or any app related issues. Customers use of First Membership is governed by the agreements available for reference on https://paytm.com/about-us/our-policies/#tandc. 

First Membership Plan shall be valid for a period of 6 months from its date of activation of codes by the members, post which it will be terminated. If you wish to continue enjoying the First Membership benefits, you’ll need to purchase a fresh subscription from Paytm.

The offers extended in the First Membership are by different third parties. Paytm is not responsible for the third party offers. Therefore, Paytm may change and/or remove the offerings in the First Membership from time to time at its sole discretion. Paytm reserves the right to amend these and the terms and conditions of First Membership including the retail price changes from time to time.

Paytm/First Membership reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, change the offer at any point of time without prior notice and at their sole discretion.

First Membership Subscription cannot be canceled, however, Paytm reserves the sole discretion to do so on a case to case basis.
