One More Night Campaign (Stay 3, Pay 2) Terms & Conditions

IHG Hotels & Resorts is offering the 2026 Stay 3 Pay 2 Promotional Offer (the “Promotion”) for IHG One Rewards Members. The Promotion is valid for selected bookings made from 22 May 2026 to 15 September 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Booking Dates”) for selected stays at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts branded hotels between 25 May 2026 and 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Stay Dates”) using the ‘Stay 3 Pay 2’ rate during the Booking Dates. The Promotion provides a discount off the participating hotel’s Best Flexible Rate (BFR), whereby every third night of the stay is netted to zero (excluding taxes and other local fees). This offer applies to every third night of your stay (3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th, 15th, 18th, 21st, 24th, 27th, and 30th). The stay must be continuous to qualify for the recurring free nights. The minimum stay for this promotion is three nights, and the maximum stay is 30 nights (resulting in 10 free nights). The BFR rate is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discounted rate. Note that local taxes and other fees may still apply for the third night.

IHG One Rewards members may book a consecutive 3-night stay and pay for a 2-night stay at the same participating hotel during the Booking Dates. Bookings must be made directly through IHG website, app and IHG reservation centers. Rates at participating hotels are per room, per night and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive nights' stay required for bookings in the Promotion, the whole stay must be consumed on the same booking and nights not used cannot be carried over or credited to other bookings. Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of the check-in date and bookings may be amended or cancelled up to three (3) days prior to your check-in date without penalty. For bookings which are cancelled within 72 hours of arrival or if you do not arrive to check-in at the hotel, a fee equivalent to one night room rate which will be charged to the credit card used as a guarantee at the time of booking. The Time of check in if not specified by the participating hotel will be assumed to 1500 hrs/3.00PM on the day of arrival. Check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs. Local government guidelines might require hotels to make any operational changes, and you will be informed at the time of check-in. 

The maximum stay under this Promotion shall be 30 nights in one stay, although some participating hotels may have a shorter duration of maximum stay.

The Promotion is valid at participating hotels in Algeria, Angola, Armenia, Austria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Egypt, England, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malta, Mauritius, Nepal, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Scotland, Tanzania, The Netherlands, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan and Zimbabwe at participating Six Senses, Regent, InterContinental, Vignette Collection, Kimpton, Hotel Indigo, voco, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Ruby, Garner, Candlewood Suites, Staybridge Suites hotels and resorts. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. At Holiday Inn, kids 12 years and under stay for free sharing parent’s guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the all-day dining restaurant with an accompanying paying adult guest.  

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points. Standard IHG One Rewards programme terms and conditions apply. Certain room and suite types may be excluded from the Promotion. Participating hotel policies may vary regarding the number of guests allowed per room. The Promotion may not be used in conjunction with other discounted rate promotions. Certain participating hotels may impose early departure fees. IHG® Army Hotels, InterContinental Alliance Resorts and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are excluded from the Promotion. Visit your hotel’s website for exact details.

Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges are not included. Any other In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases and private dining are excluded. The Promotion is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Not applicable with other discounted rate promotions. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels and rooms in the Promotion are subject to availability. The final bill will be in the hotel’s local currency. There is no cash alternative and room nights cannot be credited or reimbursed to future stays for early departures.

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion.
