Check in was a breeze as we used the online check in process. Was greeted but was not acknowledged as an IHG member and offered the “perks” but the greeting lady was somewhat nice. Room was just

ok. Beds were old and bathroom look liked it was thrown together with carpenters glue. Dead bugs especially roaches at base of beds. Carpeted floors were filthy and needs a good wash [更少]
