So we have been utilizing this property since it opened and have been always greeted by a welcoming and very accommodating staff however over our last few visits it has been clear to us that they have turned over their entire staff and it was not for the good.
The new staff does not seem to understand the customer is the reason they have a job and really has no interest in our needs.
In the midst of a global pandemic we returned from a night of partying to find the water was inoperable in the bathrooms so that we could not take showers, brush our teeth, use the restroom, or anything of the above and when we brought it to the attention of the staff we were told there "what do you want me to do about it" had no input as to why there was an issue promised to discount our stay and refuse to do so the next morning...... generally a huge disappointment with the property that used to be our favorite when staying in the Tampa area!

This was our overnight on the way to Florida. After traveling 8 hours, our stay at the hotel was a welcome respite. The staff were great and the room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy and gave us a good nights sleep for the rest of our trip South. IHG hotels are always our first choice when traveling.

We just needed to spend a night while we were visiting Tampa and we're really happy we ended selecting this hotel. It has easy access to major roads/highways and you can be in your destination within 10-15 minutes. Hotel was very clean, staff was very nice and we appreciate all the steps and precautions taken due to COVID. Overall, great price and great location.

Location was perfect for our needs, birthday dinner in ybor followed by a night at the seminole hardrock casino. Check in was easy and had great customer service. Room was spacious and clean with a large shower and comfortable bed. No issues, had a great stay.
