It was a memorable stay. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times more than 80 nights in the last 3 years. This time was really great. Specifically, the managers, named Mr. Sabahat (사바핫) and Mr. [更多] Jeongho Lee (이정호), were really kind and always helpful in enjoying my stay. They were always ready to help and responded to my requests efficiently. Also, the housekeeping (room cleanness) was really great! [更少]

All staff were attentive and responsive to questions and did their best to assist. I asked for a manicure place and the concierge staff not only made an appointment for me but also printed out an [更多] image of the storefront so I could identify the place visually. [更少]
