Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by My Holliday Inn stay at Prague Congress Center I overall like the staff of the hotel. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Sleep was comfortable. The maintenance of the amenities is poor. Also, do not expect a quick drink in the evening: you may never even get an acknowledgement of the bar tender. August 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room facility After checking in we were allotted a room on the 5th floor. After unpacking certain of the items we felt the room appeared very hot as we were sweating while the AC was on. We called at the reception to check it up. It was then identified that the room AC was not working. We were then shifted to a first floor room with a twin bed while I was staying with my wife and expected to stay in a double bed room. We had no choice than to accept the situation as we were very tired after our international travel. This delayed our freshening up for a substantial time. This was totally not acceptable for a hotel like Holiday Inn. August 12, 2015
