We have a corporate account with this hotel and ask that many of our customers stay at this location. After visiting myself and after my experience, we may need to reconsider. Aside from a dirty room upon my arrival, the whole stay was very uncomfortable. The mattress was lumpy and lopsided and the temperature in the room would not adjust to the set temperature on the thermostat. It was an overall disappointing stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Airpark for the most part BUT: I really wish the restaurant and bar were open AND it is so close to the 101, which is always noisy, throughout the night. Overall, it is a very clean, and nice hotel and I would give it a 9 out of 10 for that.

My overall experience is great. The check-in process was very quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and met most of my personal preferences. We were here for my son's soccer games and will definitely stay here again.

The pandemic has made hotel stays less than pleasant. No coffee or tea service, bagged breakfast is lame and you have to BUY bottled water! Why don't hotels have fans in the bathroom? Otherwise bed was very comfortable and pool and hot tub were relaxing. Not sure why it was so hot in the hallway that had the elevator . . .
