Great, new hotel

This was a great place to stay as flight delays meant an unplanned overnight stay. The hotel graciously work with us to guarantee that we would not have to pay for the room, if we could not get to Chicago. That was greatly appreciated. The staff was great and knew as soon as we walked in, who we were and welcomed us. Being a new hotel, everything was in very good condition. Being newly opened, there were a few kinks to be worked out. Our only problem was that the TV would turn on on its own. It was just a welcome screen and no sound, but did brighten the room. The staff was aware of the problem and was working on it. Overall, it was a great stay.

We have stayed in Holiday Inn Express in other areas, this Holiday Inn Express was new and everything smell new like going into a new house. The room was nice and spacey, and the bed was very comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and very accommodating, with different question i needed answered.
I was very happy with my choice of hotel that I selected for this occasion.

Brand new clean facility. Front desk provided great service when i asked for toothbrush, toothpaste, bottled water.
Very courteous. I would stay again.

Amazingly quiet for being directly next to O'Hare's runways. Super convenient rental car return was an easy walk with a new golden arches next door for early or late night snacks.

总体环境不错，位置偏一些，标志不够醒目，旁边还有一家holiday inn， 不注意会弄错

new hotel in late 2019. no problems with the stay. The parking fee seemed high or unnecessary.

Outstanding facility, new, new, new!! Great staff, great location and great rooms, on site parking easy access to airport and blue line.
