The check in and out is always effortless. The staff are all so friendly. The lobby is always inviting and relaxing as are the guest rooms. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Northern Nashville area.

We had a late check in but the lady at the desk said it was no problem.. We ordered pizzas and wings but the delivery forget us some plates and napkins but the lady at the desk found us some even tho she was probably very busy.. We appreciate it very much.. And she didn't say anything when the kids were running wild.. so thanks alot..

Nice, clean hotel, friendly staff. only hiccup was that I was there for multiple days. Indicated that I'd like the room serviced each day(towels, etc). That didn't happen, but it was a minor glitch in a positive experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the facility was clean, practiced social distancing and the staff were very helpful. I left a very nice TIP for my room attendant who made sure my needs were met daily.
Another plus, I was able to get my room for 3 days using points. The cost out of pocket was awesome. I have quickly become a fan of Holiday Inn Express over higher rates hotel chains.
Extremely clean rooms. Good location.

The hotel is pretty new so everything looks great. Although we didn't have the breakfast it was included in the cost of the room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We never did figure out how to use the TV remote and shutting the lights off was somewhat challenging and except for the desk phone on a constant busy, an overall good experience.

HIEX is my first and only choice when booking an overnight stay. A few bad experiences at other establishments left me with a distaste for traveling. Fortunately I found HIEX and have been hooked ever since. Lastly the reason for the title. When your head hits the pillow after traveling and partying all day its simply OMG what is this awesome thing under my head! When my wife and I woke up all we could do was talk about how (our version of pillow talk) amazing the pillows were and find out how to purchase them!
Would absolutely stay here again!

Great experience - extremely friendly and accommodating staff and the measures to ensure cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene were top notch.
