Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Woodland Hills CA sleep over For one night it was OK, for the area it is one of the better value's, parking is like all the area tight but basement parking not to bad but I have a full size pickup with a car it would be much easier to park. Room was overall clean but some stuff under the desk and that area was missed. On second floor so when people above were walking or jumping it was annoying overall for area OK. Staff was very nice and helpful on any questions we had for the area or facilities. Disappointed on the breakfast almost every hot item was cool to cold. November 21, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Business in WH Had a great stay supported by the wonderful staff at this Holiday Inn. They are attentive and willing to go that extra mile to make the stay pleasant. Two things that got lower marks is that the furniture is getting dated but is in good repair and functional. The other issue is that while the breakfast is always warm and plentiful it is the same thing day after day, throw some variety in every 4-5 days. November 15, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by not to IHG standards This hotel needs to have it's franchise pulled. It is very noisy, and the internet does not work! I had to use my mobile data just to write this review. I want my money back, or perhaps a competing chain needs my business. This is completely unacceptable! November 3, 2015
