Perfect stay BUT using late checkout was stressful

This would have been a 5 star review if it weren't for the "late" checkout hassle we had. Stay was perfect until 11:00 am when had housekeeping knock twice even though I explained that we were told we could check out at 1:00! I then had to call front desk and explain that the gentlemen at front desk when we checked in said we could have a 1:00 checkout when I asked them. We then we received a call that we should have checked out since housekeeping wasn't notified. It really made us feel like we did something wrong and we did not. Don't advertise late checkout if you turn around and not give it to us. We made sure we left by 12:30.

This Holiday Inn Express is perfect for a wedding and browsing in New Hope PA and then going to a Phillies or Eagles game and/or to the historical sites downtown. Service was excellent and breakfast to start the day was satisfying and well taken care of.

The past two times we have been on the third floor at your hotel. We did not have a sign on the door and our room was not freshened up.. they told me I had a sign in the door. The sign comes off the door right before we leave the room for the day.. we normally leave between eight and 830 and don’t come back till two or three in the afternoon.

We were traveling for business and didn’t have to worry about a thing. The room was clean, location was safe, and the breakfast was included and very good. We’ll be back!

I love staying at this hotel it’s clean staff friendly and I’m always comfortable there it’s close to my daughters so convenient when I travel there.

The staff at this Holiday Inn Express were consistently inattentive and unwelcoming, making me feel like an inconvenience. Housekeeping disregarded my 'do not disturb' sign and entered early, then failed to apologize. The bathroom was also problematic, with a bathtub that drained incredibly slowly, forcing me to shower in standing water. Overall, a disappointing stay due to poor service and room maintenance.

Wasn’t what i was expecting. Customer service is in my cons for this visit. Didn’t feel welcome. She didn’t greet us with a smile or even a good evening. My first time encountering that kind of customer service. I’ve been to your hotel LOTS of time. Even check my records….every time we travel my first choice is holiday Inn because of my previous visits. Please improve your staff in this location or you will be loosing a loyal customer. Thank you

We have stayed in this area many times due to the ease of access to many great towns within a short driving distance. This hotel is clean and quiet.
Bathroom needs maintenance

Room was nice and clean. The bathroom tub did NOT drain well….you were standing in ankle deep water while showering. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust fan was barely functional…was dirty and clogged.
